
Workout routine help
So i wanna build a lean athletic aesthetic physique
I am 18 going to turn 19
Height 5'10
Weight 74kg
Please tell me a workout routine to get a good physique i don't know what to do, calisthenics and dumbell exercises
My initial plan
Sprint 30 min every day
U days workout 6 day rest
Push
Pull leg
Push day-standard push up, diamond push up,wife push up, pike push up,lateral raise,neck flexion,neck extension, trap shrugs,serratus push ups
Pull day- dead hang, negative pull ups,scapular pull
Australian pull up,dear delt fly, bicep curls
Legs-jump squat,pistol squat,lungs,calf raise,single leg calf raise,toe raise,heel walk
I was thinking to do these but i can't do pull ups and no place to do it
(Is this good or should i make any changes)
