I need help.
Hey everyone, just wanted to put out a massive warning about a seller on Eldorado.gg named PoloShop.
I recently had an issue with an order from them and left honest, negative feedback based on my experience. Ever since, the seller has been spamming my inbox begging and pressuring me to change the feedback, promising an "instant refund" only if I alter my review first.
To make matters worse, they actually leaked my IP address during this process, which is a massive security breach and violation of privacy.
I gave them a final warning stating that the matter was closed on my end, I wasn't negotiating, and further spam would be documented as harassment. They still messaged me right after that.
I’ve already contacted Eldorado support to report them for feedback manipulation, harassment, and leaking personal data, but I wanted to post this here to warn anyone else thinking of buying from them. Im asking for advice on how to take this further. Thanks a bunch everyone.
