I hear people all the time complaining about healthy food prices being so expensive and not having enough time to cook healthier foods so they often choose frozen or processed foods, because it's easier and cheaper. If you want the social media meals, like the advocado and salmon toast, then you'll have to pay for it. But u can also have Whole foods that are so much cheaper, like a whole chicken, potatoes, eggs, mince (not the lean option), rice, lentils, beans, etc... these are super foods. And you can make something in 15 to 30 min and not spend a fortune. 5 days of the week, food should be seen as fuel for the body then the other 2, treat yourself to something tasty

So i'm a male and currently working in a warehouse. I enjoy going to the gym and being active, so people could tell i'm in pretty good shape. Pay scale here is the same for everyone, whether you are a man or a woman. My issue here is, we are supposed to do the same job for 8h, but we don't really. We were 2 men and 1 woman doing a pretty easy job, then a lorry arrives. Myself and the other lad were sent to unload it, i got the hardest part tho. I was unloading and he was putting it on pallets. After a while supervisor realised my position was kinda tough, so she sends the girl to help me unloading. After 5 minutes moaning because the boxes were heavy and it was hot inside the lorry. She was sent to help the other lad putting the boxes on pallets. And this is the same story everyday. End of the shift i'm flat out, some other people are not because they got easier tasks.
I'm all about equality and feminism and all that stuff. I absolutely do not believe i deserve more for being a man. I was raised by a single mother and i've a sister. But shouldn't we be equal in every aspect?

Hi, i'd like to get some advice on something since it's really stressing me out and worrying me.
I got a 3 month old puppy, she's a mix between german Shepard and Mallinois. I've always had cats so i do not have a lot of experience with dogs. She was in a house with other male dogs until i adopted her. I've had her for a week and she's incredibly loving and well behaved. And for some reason she got obsessed with me, a male, within 2 days. She got really jealous when i'd give my mum attention and even bark at her. Now she's ok with my mum. It seems like she gets aggressive at people when i'm around but she's ok when i'm not. I've 4 nephews so I don't know how to start to introduce her to them because they are a bit afraid of dogs. If she doesn't get on with them, unfortunately I won't be able to keep her, so i'm feeling a bit desperate since i got really close with her. Has anyone had similar experiences?
