Hi this comic was on Manta before it got discontinued and I was wondering if anyone knows why it was discontinued and if there are any updates on this comic?

Hi I recently purchased an item from Mercari this is my second time purchasing from here and I saw in my tracking it said prepaid shipping label is being rejected so I am not 100% sure what that means regarding the package. Will I still receive the item? I saw in some occasions ppl pay to get the package is that this case, if so is there something I can do about it bc I already paid for shipping
