struggling with just eating watery foods after starting clean eating
Hey! I’ve been clean eating for 3 days now, but I feel like I’m mostly eating watery fruits and vegetables. Most of my plates have been cold and soft and I haven’t really had anything hard.
It doesn’t feel substantial and I really don’t want to go back to binging or go back to my routine, but I also don’t want to keep eating soft foods.
I feel like I need a guide on what solid foods are okay etc. If anyone can help me I would much appreciate it, even links to websites would help a ton. TIA 🫶🏻
