My first cake ever!

I told my sister I’d make her birthday cake and I didn’t want to disappoint! (I guess the cake gods decided to help out)

Is this usual?

Hi all,

I just wanted to see if anyone else here experiences what I have been.

Since my wpw has presented I experience:
- random anxiety symptoms through the day (sinking feeling, tight jaw, numb and clammy hands & feet etc.)
-normal paced but thumping heartbeat that can last hours
-unable to sleep due to body rocking from thumping heartbeat
-anxiety while trying to sleep if heart is having an episode
-unable to eat meals most of the time since they can trigger episodes
-triggered by sweet things

My panic attack symptoms are so bad that I’ve had to be put on two kinds of medication (approved by cardiologist) to help but my heart seems to be making everything so much worse.

Is there anyone else who has these?

Two day panic attack

(F27) I wouldn’t class this as mental health because I’m not emotionally attached to it, it’s more I’m experiencing all the physical symptoms of a panic attack. I’ve been to the hospital and my bloods came back normal and my ECG was basically fine.

I keep feeling the dropping sensation in my chest/stomach, head feels fuzzy and tingly, breathing is staggered, heartbeat is thumpy but not fast. This started at 10:30 pm uk time on Sunday and it’s not stopped since then. I’ve managed to sleep and I still wake up with the exact same feeling. I’ve done everything - cold bath, water, counted, had a nap, eaten, watched tv and tried to draw to distract myself. I am drained and I’m scared but I dunno what to do.

I’ve been teaching myself over the last year how to create digital art and I think I’ve finally got to a decent stage- so I decided to test that out by drawing my favourite ladies <3 *Both pieces are by me*
