When cycling ostarine (25mg) and enclomiphene (12.5mg), should I be using them at the same time or should I use the enclo as a PCT? Does it matter?

Yesterday I accidentally took 6mg instead of my prescribed 3mg of vrylar and I feel agitated and restless. Has anyone experienced this and how long will it last? I’m ceasing the medication entirely for now.

Finally just got scripted 6.25mg Zolpidem CR after years of debilitating insomnia. It’s only somewhat effective if I take 2 of them.
I want to get prescribed either 3mg eszopiclone or zolpidem 10mg IR. Which medication worked best for you? Once I actually fall asleep I generally don’t have trouble staying asleep, any other med recommendations?
Benzodiazepines/pregabalin worked wonders for me initially, but I became brutally addicted to them as a result and can’t get them prescribed anymore.
