9xed my Salary in 10 Years. No IIT/IIM/IISc, no promotions, no reckless job hops, no fastrack campaigns- Just kept learning and growing 💪🏻

Started off as a fresher in an Indian multi-national IT services companv after MBA.

Experienced horrible single digit raises in first 3 years but stuck along as the quality of work was good

Fed up, finally made a switch with almost 80% hike in 4th year. After that Covid-19 hit compromising hikes for next two vears. Yet again- stuck with same companv as work quality and management was exceptional. Next 4 years produced high 2 digit increments with salary 2x salary correction (default correction, never forced)

As a non-IIT, non-IIM quy with no internal promotions, no fastracking within orgs and no threatening to quit for salary correction- l've grown my salary from initial X to 9x - thanks to my 2nd switch now with 50% hike.

Hardwork does pay off. 💪🏻

New 350cc [390] KTM Duke Atlantic Blue

Bought the new 350 cc Atlantic Blue.

Had a 3-year stint with Duke 200 before jumping the guns - for a leisurely rider like me - feels a worthwhile upgrade!

Has got enough power, quite a lot of electronics and a color scheme that brings smile to my face everytime I look at it!

A very un-KTM KTM 390 Duke

Newly launched 350cc Indian version of KTM Duke 390

Very less signature orange bits

Neutered down 399 cc >> 350 cc engine

But retains all electronics from 399 cc version

A decent upgrade for someone coming from lower cc bike

Got the first ride under the belt right away! [Panvadi Ghat]

Amazing, empty, and twisty roads coupled with pleasant cloudy weather!

Was truly a delightful experience! [Try turning the audio on & thank me later, maybe!]

Welcome Home! Duke 390 (350) Atlantic Blue

Waited almost 2 months for this one. Feels quite an upgrade over my old Duke 200.
