(Not my photo) was just wondering how it sounds? Also if needed at lower volumes. All I see is good reviews on it, I currently have Yamaha hs8 with my QC mini & ehh not feeling it, they’re good and all but not that real cab sound.

This is probably the closest I have heard to Jim’s awesome tone, he is very hard to get exact 1:1 but this is the closest I have played/heard.

Now I’ll preface this with I’m not your doctor, nor is this medical advice. Just a fellow guitarist who ended up with tennis elbow in my left side, from playing fast aggressive stuff in my first year.

You may have found this post because you were searching for advice from others that have been in this situation. I am writing this to pass what I learned through rehabbing it myself. This works for ALOT of people, trust the process & always consult with YOUR doctor!

I developed tennis elbow, at first I thought oh I slept on it wrong, oh I had just done yard work, or I just did this or that. I just attributed it to being active, including pain while I was playing, I kept going because I thought it would go away, after a month it was hurting to even lift my pillow in bed across my body to turn over, I knew then I had a problem.

Went to orthopedic doctor & surgeon ect, got mri & got diagnosed (lateral epicondylitis) aka tennis elbow, it sucks, bad. First warning your body gives of pain, take a break from guitar, until there isn’t pain anymore DO NOT do more damage like I did, a hour a day of fast aggressive playing. I made it a lot worse, unfortunately didn’t know I was injured or was in denial.

I went through all the steps, physical therapy for months, ice, heat, exercises, none of it was working. Was close to just telling surgeon to go ahead with the surgery after 4 months of no improvement. I was searching internet everywhere for an answer, I came across some videos on the flex bar, regular people on social media saying it really worked.

Told my doctor this was my last stand before surgery give me a month. So I followed the plan, did it every single day, it didn’t feel it was working for a couple weeks, by the 3rd week, it didn’t hurt to move things now!! Me: it’s working!! About another month of using it, I’m at like 90%!!

I’ve been healed about a year now, but am using these on both arms still, building muscle in there to hopefully prevent it in the future.

Well that’s all, sorry it’s so long of a post but I really hope I can make a difference in someone else’s life, because to be honest, it really sucks when you can’t play due to injury. Nothing more I wanted to do then pick my axe up, it’s my stress relief (well sometimes stresses me out too 🤣)

TLDR: if you have tennis elbow, a flexbar may actually fix it for you.

I’ll start by saying this is specifically with nameless and reaper daw. I also have gorjira, nolly, omega and it does not happen with them at all.

So basically nameless x keeps disappearing from my daw, say I leave my Mac for a couple minutes, come back sometimes it literally has removed itself from reaper lol. At first I was like ehh maybe I clicked it and deleted (I was coping lol) but now I know for sure it’s happening.

It does not happen with any other vst ect, no other plugins do it, just nameless lol.

Am I alone in this?
