To clearify, I'm a staight man.

As someone chronically online, I noticed a pattern on how certain physical traits in women are discussed, especially on Reddit. It seems like every once in a while, there is a new trend on what men are allowed to think is hot. It's always something that is either considered not feminine or otherwise not "conventionally attractive". It used to be tomboys, then muscular women and now recently I've seen a lot of posts sexualizing relationships where the woman is older. It's a mix of objectification, often hidden behind a thin layer of irony, and white savour preachiness about what "real men" actually like.

I believe last year for about two weeks there was a trend where people pretended that small bellies on women are the most attractive thing ever. Sure, some people find that attractive, but probably 90% of men do not regularly give this any thought.

Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but it feels like these people either cannot deal with the fact that most men have a standard taste in women or they want women to think they're really progressive.

I recently played version 0.4 from 2015 and it felt more strange then I thought, even though I watched some videos from that era of BeamNG. It feels like a different game. The graphics are an obvious difference (though they actually look fine), the sounds are off, with the constantly loud tire screeches, and the driving physics are pretty bad. And of course content was also limited. So, if you had to pick a point at which BeamNG went from feeling more like an Alpha to more polished, what would it be?
