Reddish Orange Spots inside car

Why are there little reddish brown spots appearing on the top of my windshield in my car? More appear as time goes on specifically on the driver side. There are none on the right.

As you can see some are on the rearview mirror and collision prevention ez pass center pieces.

How to get rid, prevent? It’s not due to tint. Actually happened in my last car with no tint too.

Plumbing below the shutoff valve is a bit bent

I just replaced my toilet water supply line from a rigid hose to a flexible one I then added my bidet attachments.

I really had to work at removing the rigid pipe.

In that process the shutoff valve area is a little crooked. All connections are bone dry and work as necessary.

So Is this something to fix or monitor?

New to landscaping! Seeking wisdom to complete the Patio Refresh

I am recently in a new apartment that has a pretty nice patio.

I just weeded (there a buncchhhh of tall weeds on the right side of the green circle) and did some light cleaning of the patio but am new to landscaping and unsure how to approach a couple things. The tools I have are a leaf blower, leaf vacuum, several rakes, and various lawn, branch cutters.

  1. How do I fully clean the green circled section? It just seems like there is a bunch of random things there. What tools do I use?

  2. Concrete vs. dirt? (Is that all it is, just dirt?)
    - Once the green section is like new, I’d like more of that square footage to function like the concrete. Places to stand, put chairs, hang out. How to I cheaply achieve that in a renter friendly way? Are detachable tiles the way to go?

  3. What are the standard products I should I have to keep the weeding at bay and keep the whole patio is good shape.

  4. Product recommendations and advice on string lights and privacy screens for the fence.

  5. can I cover the AC units eye sores some how? (Once again, cheaply)
