Update:

Following up on my previous post the next night at 11:37 PM, I tested my blood sugar and it dropped to 45 mg/dL. I took fast-acting sugar right away, and it went back up to 93 mg/dL.

What are your thoughts on this 45 mg/dL night reading? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hola

Ninebot E3/E3 Pro battery health check - Are these voltage and temperature values normal

I wanted to check the battery health of my Ninebot E3/E3 Pro using the app data from my recent ride. Could you please let me know if these numbers look normal?

I think I have a problem with the battery.

Hi everyone,

I have a Segway Ninebot E3. Today I started with 80% battery, rode about 6 km in ECO mode, and the battery dropped to 38%. The app's estimated range also went from around 30 km to 17 km.

Is this normal, or could there be an issue with the battery calibration or the battery itself?

The scooter has only around 400 km total mileage, and I weigh 58 kg (128 lb).

Has anyone with a Ninebot E3 experienced something similar?

Hi

hi everyone!

i’m about to buy my first second-hand electric scooter here in spain to start working as a delivery rider. i weigh around 63 kg (139 lbs) and i have found two very interesting deals on wallapop. since it's my first time buying a scooter, i would love to get your advice on which one is the better deal.

here are the details of both options:

  1. Xiaomi Scooter Elite (700W) — 180€

Condition: Purchased from MediaMarkt in February 2026 (the seller has the official invoice/receipt). It only has 5 months of use and 495 km on the odometer.

2segway ninebot max — 190€

condition: The seller claims it has only been used for 3 months, but they do not have the original purchase invoice (so I can't verify its actual age or if it's still under warranty).

Which of these two is the better option in terms of reliability and daily use?

Is the Segway so much better built that it's worth the extra hassle, or should I go with the Xiaomi since it comes with a receipt, free insurance, and the paperwork completely handled for me?

Thanks a lot for your help and tips!

Chronic Constipation for 7 Months

Hi everyone,

I've been struggling with severe chronic constipation for the past 7 months, and it has had a huge impact on my daily life. It has even caused painful anal fissures and hemorrhoids because of how difficult it is to pass stool.

What confuses me the most is that I never used to have constipation. Even when my diet was terrible and consisted mostly of fast food, fried foods, white bread, and pasta, my bowel movements were always regular and completely normal.

Now, despite eating a healthier diet, drinking plenty of water, and trying to improve my lifestyle, nothing seems to help. My stool is still extremely hard, dry, and comes out in small pellets. Passing it is very painful and difficult.

The problem started around the same time I was going through severe panic attacks, intense anxiety, and a very stressful period in my life. Because of that, I'm wondering if there's a connection, or if this is more likely to be a physical problem that needs further medical testing.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What turned out to be the cause, and what finally helped you recover and have normal bowel movements again?

Thank you in advance for any advice or shared experiences.

I'm trying to book a slot on a website

Hello, Hello, I'm trying to book a administrative appointment on an official website, but the site is experiencing very high traffic and I can't get through. It keeps telling me there are no slots available. Does anyone have any solutions or strategies for dealing with this kind of congestion?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
