Asians in the west vs asian women in Asia

So every day I am thinking about going to asia or south america

But tbh sometimes I wonder are asian women in asia actually more aproachable than the asians in the west?

I honestly feel like asian women in the west are unaproachable and are exact exact copy as western women with different face.

For example: the only asians in my country that I was able to link up with: - had boyfriends yet gave snap ti be "friends' - met her trough a friend (who was her fuckbuddy so why did she expect anything seroous from me) - homeless junkie met in the park

My other question is: are the asian women in asia also obsessed nowadays with "need 6'7 giant" because i had no issues in my teens early 20's to get dates and gf while my tall friends were getting dissed and got no play whole they went with me. I'm speaking of 15-20 years ago..

It seems nowadays like impossible to make a connection with a woman unless you are really tall? Yet these couple seem so empty and walk around like soulles npcs

I miss having a genuine romantic relationship/ romance/feeling loved basicly feel like a man.

And before people say put yourself out there more.. bro I am 5'7 but i can tell you i am the type of guy that is not afraid to talk to women in nightlife or daytime on my own. But TBH years after years of getting none and for real women got way harsher in rejecting

So yeah i want to know if being 5'7 can spark genuine atraction over there or should i rather focus on the women that are prostitutes when i am in asia

Deurne Rivierenhof area

Something I always wondered about.

Why isnt't Deurne centrum/noord more expensive/chique/in high demand?

I have lived in many different places in Antwerp and fail to realise why someone would want to live anywhere else but Deurne centrum/noord

Main reasons:

-rivierenhof: on walking distance an enormous park that you cant find anywhere near city center

-public transportion tram 10 and 5 and a bus that gets you to

- the city center in 10 to 15 minutes or

-the big wijnegem shopping center mall in 10 mins

-impressive football stadium

-lots of other green places

Like its the greenest gemeente with the best mobility i always wondered why its not way more expensive.

I have lived in borsbeek for example and the difference in air quality is obvious. Lived in merksem and on really jot summer days its just way fresher in deurne especially in the rivierenhof. Lived in the city center but it took me longer to walk to the meir than to get there with a tram from deurne

Deurne zuid seems to be a bit more expensive than center/noord but its way less green than center/noord only thing else i can think its calmer but rivierenhof is less accesible and less public transport i also dont get why center/noord is not in higher demand than zuid.

** with deurne center/noord I dont mean near the afas dome/sportpaleis/bischopoenhoflaan wich are far from the rivierenhof/less mobile and is basicly a highway

So what are your thoughts on why deurne is not the number 1 place where someone would like to live if they have to live in Antwerp

Flip 7 nowhere to be found

I wanted to buy the flip7 in coral red

Saw it in discount few months ago but when i managed to have the money it was sold out

Now that the flip 8 is here the flip 7 iz nowhere to be found except refurbished?

Not on the samsung store or retail stores online all "sold out" how iz this possible?

Its like samsung is hiding all flip7 to push you to buy the flip8 but the colors suck ? Pink white and black ..

I really likee the coral red but yeah okay ... the refurbished ones are also really expensive.. like few hundred more than when i saw it on discount

Calculating property value

Immoweb calculates a way higher value compared to zimmo.

I guess because immoweb counts the fact wether the property has a renter for example

But my big question is: how does the bank calculate the property value? Because people say the bank doesnt give a loan if the property is overvalued.

How to value your property like the bank would?
