I just got the tan one and it showed up today. It’s soaked to the point of feeling wet in wax and the cloth is translucent. Has anyone else experienced this?? Just submitted a return

Been using dollar shave club for years with no issues, but in the past 6 months the quality has declined significantly. Brand new cartridges act like used and the moisture strip thing is gone in one use. Looking for something good for sensitive skin.
