Just curious if these are common to still find loose in box

Works well but what is that description haha

I bought a ps4 pro awhile back and it was struggling to read bluray but read dvds fine which sucked cause I couldn’t play my physical discs but randomly came across this the other day and figured why not try it and to my surprise it fixed the reading issue I was having
The cd itself has these brushes on the bottom of the disc

I keep noticing these black lines when ever it goes to a darker colour, it never shows on the blank bright blue av screen only when I have something plugged into the av port
Sorry for bad pictures it’s very hard to take photos of crt screens lol

Trying to find a replacement remote but very hard without the serial number
Any ideas on how to find this out
It’s a Samsung that’s all I know
