My rabbit had her first litter of 11 babies on the wire. I moved them to the nesting box and she isn’t taking care of them. Today is day 2 and 1 already died and the others belly’s are all empty and they’re shriveled up and they’re not moving much. She is also extremely aggressive towards me (kind of understandable she’s protecting babies). She is biting me and hitting me when I go in to check up on the babies. Another one of my other rabbits gave birth as well. Only had 4 babies and they’re doing great. Should I move the babies to the other rabbits box? Give it a few more days? Would you cull this rabbit or let her try again? I really don’t want awful mothers in my breeding program but this is her first litter so maybe she should be shown a little grace? Any insight is so appreciated!

This is my sweet Bailey. She was 10 when I lost her last October. Do you feel anything from her? Losing her was the hardest thing I ever had to go through and I miss her every single day.
