I miss being fit

It's been 4 months with my kid. She's 2 years old. I'm a single mom. I miss having time and money to go to the gym. I've been so unfit and feeling so ugly nowadays. 9 hours of work and then home feeding her finishing all the chores, I don't have any time left for myself anymore. I don't know where to start being fit again. At this point I'm scared the tummy will never reduce again. I can't stop eating because it's the only happy thing left in my life apart from the kid. I love the kid, truly. I think about her health and happiness all the time 24*7. But sometimes I remember myself when I look back at my older photos and I miss being fit. Life used to suck then. I had no purpose. I was severely depressed. But I looked good being depressed. Now, I have started feeling again. Mostly for the kid. I feel surges of happiness when she learns new things. But I feel horrible looking into the mirror. I feel horrible when my office clothes don't fit well. I don't know if I'll ever have time or money for myself anymore. I tell myself I'm not even relevant anymore. It's her life now. But that just makes me sad. I don't know where to start working out. Only resistance training ever worked for me. I miss it. The strength of my fit body.

How to stop analyzing bad behaviour of other people and getting so distracted that I can't concentrate on my studies?

I keep going into spiral about how other people can behave so badly without feeling any guilt. My therapist says I judge people based on my own standards and I shouldn't do that. How do I stop doing that? My mind automatically analyzes and tries to find patterns and reasons for why they might be behaving that way and how they feel entitled to such behaviour without feeling any guilt at all. Specially behaviour towards kids. What can I do when I find my entire day wasted thinking about people being bad? I keep thinking why not just stay quiet instead of hurting others? I can't find any reason. It's been dragging me down for years. Please help me find ways to focus my mind on more important things like studying instead of going down a spiral.

Starting to drink coffee

34F and have never had coffee or tea regularly before. Don't have any kind of addiction at all. Today I had coffee in the morning and I'm feeling wide awake even after not having slept half the night. I want to know if this effect reduces over time or will I go back to being dull when coffee becomes a regular thing. Should I start having coffee regularly?

Note - not sleeping enough is not a regular thing for me and usually I sleep just fine. Last night was just bad.

Harrasment by building people

I have started living in a rental flat in Powai area. My employer pays maintenance directly to the landlord as per the rental agreement. The building group keeps coming at night saying they'll keep harassing us till the landlady pays the maintenance. I'm a single mother and I have a 2 year old kid who has had spinal surgery. She always wakes up scared when these people shout. Is this usual in Mumbai? I had heard Mumbai people are compassionate. I'm so lost. All I can do is cry with my baby in my arms. It's so difficult to find affordable flats near Powai. I'm so disappointed with Mumbai. The world isn't meant for people like me.
