A few days ago I had some uncolonized spots in the bottom corners so i pushed it out towards the middle to hopefully help it. I have pooling water in the bottom and it seems to not be making much progress anymore. Should I start fruiting or wait it out? The first two pictures are the bottom of each bag. First time grower so all help is appreciated

I have some excess water in the bottom of my A.I.O. grow bags. The very bottom corners of my bag didn’t colonize with the rest so i pushed it out the corners and now it seems to be struggling to fully colonize. I’ve read any uncolonized grain can ruin a grow so what do I do?
It seems that it’s starting to stall on the bottom due to excess moisture. Is it contaminated? Do I need to start fruiting? Should I leave it alone? This is my first grow so I’m still learning
