Does anyone have any tips on how to not desire porn? I know having sexual desires is normal, but how can one remove their desire for porn? In the sense that obviously we all don't want to consume it, but for me i also don't want to have that passive desire that likes porn because it makes me feel good, if that makes sense.
Also I'm hoping for tips to not give in to the desire. What can one do when hormones/sexual desire feels extreme? Any porn blocking/accountability apps that worked for anyone? Any other tips at all to avoid giving in to the desire to watch porn?
