Why does "chicken neck" of india exist ?

At its narrowest point, it’s only around 20–22 km wide and lies between Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan. Major highways, railways, pipelines, internet infrastructure, and military logistics pass through this corridor.

Its a very strategic corridor in india for trade and defense, why does it exist and how would india defend it at times of crisis ?

Siachen glacier is the world's highest and coldest battle field

The glacier is situated between the Saltoro Ridge to the west and the main Karakoram range to the east, with altitudes ranging from 3,620 m to over 7,720 m. It is often referred to as the "Third Pole" due to its vast ice reserves, and temperatures can drop to -50 °C (-58 °F) in winter, with snowfall exceeding 1,000 cm annually. The melting waters of the glacier form the Nubra River, a key tributary of the Indus River system

Government scholarship for Tamilnadu students studying in NITs

Many students from Tamil Nadu miss out on studying at IITs, NITs, IIMs, IIITs, and Central Universities because of high tuition fees even after clearing exams like JEE/CAT.

The Tamil Nadu Government offers a scholarship for BC/MBC/DNC students with annual family income below ₹2.5L. It can reimburse up to ₹2 lakhs/year covering tuition fees and other compulsory academic fees.

The scholarship is available for UG/PG students and does not depend on CGPA — financial condition is the main criterion.

Applications are submitted offline by post, usually around Dec–Jan every year.

I made this post just to spread awareness because a lot of eligible students genuinely don’t know this exists.

How to stay active for most part of the day ?

I do a WFH job 9-6, by the time I finish my work I feel completely drained and sleepy.I am not getting enough energy to go to gym after work. It's so tiring. The food I eat is also very normal vegetables, rice, roti nothing protein rich coz my family thinks panneer, tofu are full of cholestrol and should not be eaten not do they let me buy and cook and eat with my own damn money. And according to them non-veg should be eaten only on Sundays and no other day. (No religious reasons), just t that they grew that way.

What can I do to be more energetic physically and mentally ? Need some genuine answers.

Me (22) and she (25) have been together since college for over 4 years now, we are far from each other like 1000s of kms far. I've never talked or met with her family. Now that she is getting marriage pressure from her family and they are bringing in rishtas for her. She is so afraid about it and couldn't confront it to them about our relationship. She is asking me to initiate the conversation with her brother ASAP. What should I do, this talk can make or break our future. I don't want to give up on her. Neither does she. Need some serious advice on how do I take this up.
