How often should AC be cleaned?

We ordered a cleaning service for 5 of our ACs in our house, and they ended up breaking 3 of them, and now this has strengthened my father's belief that ACs were not made to be cleaned.

I did once have mold inside my ac last year, but my father says that because he already cleaned it once (it doesnt have mold anymore), it doesn't need to cleaned again, even though my AC smelled after not turning it on throughout the whole winter.

If you had to choose only 2 shows to see live, what would they be?

I'm flying to London in August 18th-23rd and tickets are very expensive so I want to choose 2 shows that are MUST see live, that create a far better experience than any pro shot or slime tutorial could give.

I was thinking of Phantom of the opera and maybe wicked, but I'm not sure if wicked is worth it live as I know it too well from the movie and the slime tutorials. Any recommendations?

I'm going with a friend, and I'm pretty new to the musicals scene so I don't know a lot yet, but I'm planning to catch up until august! I've loved wicked, phantom of the opera, heathers and mamma mia.

I have bubbles in my rice cooker, could it be something that's not soap?

I wish I could include a photo but there were lots of bubbles when I cooked some rice, and some of then were the rainbow color of soap bubbles, and I'm pretty sure it was washed well enough and I didn't notice any soap before the cooking. Could it be something from the oil/starch? I haven't soaked the rice in water this time.

Is that soap in my rice cooker or could it be bubbles from the oil/heat?

Are there good last minute deals for popular shows at the box office that are better than online?

I saw a discount site that had the cheapest wicked (for example) tickets 36£ but they're nosebleeds, and I'm wondering if I should book in advance to get a decent view or if I might get a decent view with a special discount on the day of the show or a few days before when I physically go to the box office for tickets.

I can't choose between learning opera and musical theater, help

I'm 23 years old and I'm just now starting voice lessons, I have no background in music whatsoever, and I'm not a natural talent, so I'm starting really late compared to almost everyone in this industry.

I fell in love with both opera and musical theatre simultaneously, and at first I tried to combine both but when the teachers both explained completely different things about the breathing exercises I realized it might be too difficult for me as a beginner. Because I'm starting late, my goal is to try and study next year at a really good opera/MT college. I wanted one that combines both but it'll probably be impossible for me at my level of experience.

I know that the best option is probably to study opera at a college and then learn MT because opera is a really good foundation for MT, but I feel like I just can't live 5 more years of my live not knowing how to sing everyday songs that I love and only singing opera. So my other option is to study musical theater for a few years and maybe then to try and intensely train a lot for opera¿ but I don't know if it's realistic because I know it takes years for an opera singer to become actually good, and there are roles that I'd want to play that combine MT and opera like Glinda/Christine daee that I need to sound operatic for, that i probably won't get at age 40 (I'm aiming really far haha).

So if anyone has any advice, please share it.

TLDR: I have no musical experience and recently started voice lessons, and I want to study both opera and MT next year at a college, but learning them both now in the beginning is too difficult at first, so I need to choose one.

How did you break the rotting cycle? I have so much to do daily but I do nothing

For context, I tried medications in the past and it barely helped me with anything, except for 1 that gave me anxiety (i had shallow breaths for weeks).

I recently made a drastic change in my life and career path (I suddenly decided I want to become a musicals actress), so I quit my waitress job to make it easier for me to start a routine of practice, because the job was tiring and I needed a new start.

So I bought a course of music theory which has a deadline, I enrolled in an acting school for 9 months, I started taking private voice lessons and joined a dancing group/lessons.

At first I thought I could handle everything, but then I realized it's way too much for my adhd soul. The thing is, I'm 23 and I'm just now starting everything, which is a pretty late age to start at with literal zero experience, so I feel like I need to practice everything I can now, to be able to get into a musical bfa school next year!

So now I'm stuck in this phase where I know that everyday I need to: practice singing, dancing, work on my acting assignments, and I'm behind on watching a few lectures from the theory course so i need to watch those, and I barely do any of these!! I barely practice anything, and I go to sleep every day at 4 am because I'm stuck at this cycle also. And I feel like I can't quit anything because I need each field for experience, and the only thing I would've quit would be the theory course, but I already paid for it. Also, I want to get back to work(different place) someday, but I can't until I fix my practice routine.

I know I put too many specific stuff related to musicals, but it hope yall can still relate to this post from your own experiences even if they're on different fields.

TLDR: I changed my career path and started learning singing, dancing and acting, but I can't get myself to practice anything when I need to practice EVERY day, and I'm also stuck in a horrible sleep cycle (I go to sleep at 4 am everyday and then I'm always tired).

When I try diaphragmatic breathing (from the belly and ribs I can't take a full, deep breath

I don't know if it's only because I'm not used to breathe through my diaphragm yet, but right now when I take a breath through the stomach and ribs, I feel like I can't take a deep, satisfying breath, and then I feel out of breath really fast. Is it only related to the diaphragm not being strong yet, or could it be something else?

I've just started vocal training and my opera teacher told me I'm a soprano because i can sing high in head voice - I can reach F6 (not supported because I don't have support yet in any note lmao). I also started voice lessons with a different teacher (MT and pop) and I'm trying to sing more in a chest voice there to develop my mix, but I've noticed that I'm starting to strain and it hurts my voice at A4 already, which is pretty low for a soprano. My teacher told me that it's just that my chest voice is underdeveloped and that my speaking voice is pretty low which doesn't help, but I've heard so many women that claim not to have any experience in singing, reach way higher than I can in chest voice, and I wonder if I'm really a soprano or maybe just a mezzo that can reach very high (my lowest is Eb3)

My whole face is mostly red bumps and open pores, but the skin between my eyes and my nose, and the skin under my eyes is weirdly bumpy in a different way. I've tried a gentle exfoliator because i thought that was the problem, but it didn't do anything.
