I tried some of the Birkenstok ballet flats and fell in love.

I ordered both the Mantova and Tracy after trying (and failing) to find them locally in CO, USA. Both are incredibly comfortable and my feet loved them at first try.

I feel like the Mantova is a little more duck footed looking than I'm used to, and I'm hoping I stop finding it weird over time because they are SO comfortable.

The Tracy is also extremely comfortable and my toes don't feel squished at all in the normal toe box.

My new footstool brings my rating of the HAG Capisco from a 8/10 to a 10/10

I've had the HAG Capisco for a few years (I got it secondhand), and as a hypermobile person that finds most office chairs extremely uncomfortable, I love the versatility in positions I can sit in (forwards, backwards, cross legged).

My one complaint has been that the lift cylinder is a little too tall for me to be able to have my feet firmly on the ground when the chair is at the lowest level. I've been eyeing the cross-legged chairs with the lower platforms/stools and thought about buying one just for the stool until I found this VIVO stool that attaches to most chairs. There was an immediate improvement in the functionality of the chair and it has made a HUGE difference for me. If anyone is on the fence about a similar aftermarket add on, it's worth trying!

I never know what color to say my eyes are. There's some green, some blue, some brown(?), but sometimes they look blue, other times they look green or gray. And sometimes you can clearly see all the colors. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I want to create a romantasy/romance book themed board game. What type of game would you be most interested in? What types of characters/love interests/tropes etc. would you like to see in a game?

I've drawn up a few different ideas for game play (each with different levels of complexity), but before I get too far down any one of those rabbit holes I want to see where general interest may be. Would you play something more complex that could take 2 hours, or would you prefer to keep it short and sweet? More creative and interactive or funny and easy? What types of main characters and love interests would you like to see? Certain tropes?

We are trying to conceive and my husband is laying off weed for that- but now he's a total a**hole. How long does this last?!

Since quitting, he is irritable, cranky and prone to lashing out, having angry outbursts etc. How long does the withdrawal period last if he's been smoking since his teens?

I just want my usual husband back. 😢

My hair has been through a lot in the last year: I dyed it blonde for about a year before going back to brown while trying to conceive. I became pregnant and ended up having a miscarriage at 10 weeks. During pregnancy, my hair started coming in darker (there was a visible line around my head from the color change) and a few grays showed up. After my MC, grays started popping up like daisies. At that point I dyed it all the darker shade of brown to cover the grays and the weird color line.

6 months later, I have decided that I don't want to dye my hair again because that's more maintenance than I care to do and I want to try and embrace the grays. So, I went for a much shorter cut than usual - my hair has not been this short since elementary school. I love it so far, and my curls seem to as well.

I'm 32, so I may decide later on to dye it again if I feel like the grays are aging me, but for now I'm just content to see if I can embrace them.

Routine: Garnier Whole Blends Shampoo and Garnier Whole Blends Conditioner. I use a wet brush to detangle in the shower, then a curl defining brush after I apply product - usually Garnier Mousse or Garnier Air Dy Curl Cream. I scrunch with my hands and an old cotton t-shirt then air dry.
