Billy Strings released his second single today too, "Mill Town Flood," for his album "So Much For Goodbyes." We were having pizza in East Nashville when I picked up a call from Bill saying "can you come to the studio?" I held a captivated baby boy while running the song with him and Daniel Tashian. Once Bart got comfortable enough to try taking down the pop filter on the mic, pull on the headphones chord and turn nobs on the mixing station, papa Kyle Tuttle Banjo took him into the hang zone to tickle and entertain.

One of my wife's cousins is having a yard sale and I spotted this find. Lol

I've seen some posts about clogged sunroof drains so wanted to mention this kit that I picked up online. I had used string trimmer line in the past but under $8 thought why not give it a shot.

I tried it the other day for some preventative maintenance on our 4Runner and Rav4 now that we're past the pollen and oak tree petalless season. It worked well. The brush is attached with a spring making getting it started down the drain easy. The brush cleaned out some dust and grime that my old method would have missed. Having the syringe + hose to do a test afterwards was a nice and neater than trying to pour water from a cup.

I like that they're getting a banjo back into the band. While a talented musician I never felt Ellen's electric guitar fit and definitely didn't fill in for the missing banjo.
