Will I ever receive my chair? (Italy)

I ordered the SE chair something like 10 minutes after the launch and with the €10 scam, to this day I still haven't received anything and not even the order status has changed. Will I ever receive my chair or did they simply scam me out of €700? Anyone from Italy who has received it?

I really don't know how you can accept this...

https://preview.redd.it/pen67lc7jwah1.png?width=1738&format=png&auto=webp&s=cedbd35346847d338e8c8b4fd60ce3b373fd7dd8

Personally, I stopped reading the manhwa ever since Fuyuki left; every now and then I come back to check out some illustrated panels, wondering if the situation has improved.

I hear so many people praising the new art, but I ask myself: how can you even accept such a downgrade?
I can't tell if I'm crazy, or if you're all blind.
Arthur is telling Tess that he loves her with the exact same expression I have when asking my accountant how much tax I have to pay this year!!!

I still can't wrap my head around why every beautiful thing in my life always has to be ruined.
First the manhwa, then the anime...
This work, and especially this volume and the following two, deserved Fuyuki.

Holy Christ, I am blaming you because you all should have stopped reading this garbage until Tapas and Turtle decided to shell out every single penny and beg Fuyuki to come back.
Instead, not only do you read it and give them money, but you even appreciate it!

Say what you want about the flaws, but TurtleMe's character writing is an absolute masterclass.

It's true, the ending might not be the best, the story isn't the most original, and many things haven't been explained; all of that is true. I believe everyone has the right to criticize what they read, but I think it's equally right to praise its merits.

Guys, what kind of incredible characters did TurtleMe create?

I don't think I've ever read anything like it in terms of details, growth, and the way it conveys their emotions the way TBATE did.

I think Seris is absolutely one of the best characters after Arthur. Bairon, guys, what incredible POVs he has! Virion, Caera, Ellie, CHUL! Each of them has a very distinct personality, an emotion that makes you wish you had them in your real life, they are written that well.

But honestly, anyone who gets a POV for more than a few chapters, you can't help but love them or empathize with them.

Even in the case of Nico and Cecilia, unless you're 12 years old, even hating them becomes impossible. This makes me realize how consistent Arthur's choice is when he says he doesn't forgive them but doesn't want to punish them either; it is the exact mirror of how we readers feel towards them. No matter how much harm they've done, you can never, ever wish them harm. Personally, I really hoped that in the end they would reconcile with Arthur, or at least Nico.

This is why I'm so sorry that Agrona and Kezess practically had no POVs.

I'll leave you with some quotes that I think are among the most beautiful in all the books.

Seris: "We might succeed here only to watch our world be destroyed, or we might fall here and never see the world built upon the foundation of our sacrifice. In any case, you can relax knowing that the fate of the world is not in our hands."

Seris: The whole speech to the sovereigns of Dicathen after the revolt they were forced into by Agrona. I'm not pasting it because it's too long, but man, how beautiful.

Bairon against Taci: "And yet, both Lances stood firm in the face of a terrifying enemy. A wave of pride fortified my own resolve. I was glad to stand beside these warriors in defense of my home."

Bairon: "'Asura!' I shouted, my voice hoarse, my vision blurred by welling tears. He stopped and cast a glance at me, his heavy-lidded black eyes disinterested. A single drop of brilliant blood was smeared on the side of his neck where Aya had cut him, even though the wound itself had already healed. I clenched my fists, the stone beneath me trembled, and a blazing inferno of fury roared to life within me. The tears dried as my spirit hardened. I was ready to die, but knowing that the Lances - the greatest mages of Dicathen - had all died just to spill a single drop of blood from this asura was unbearable."

Caera: "'Because I trust you, Grey. There aren't many people in this life I can say that for, but I trust you, and I still hope to earn your trust.' He met my gaze, then. For a moment, his mask fell. I saw surprise and doubt in the creases of his forehead, appreciation in the curve of his lips, wonder and fear in his eyes... His face carried a world of conflicting emotions, just for that heartbeat, and when the mask slipped back into place on the next beat, I understood. No one could bear the weight of all those contradictory feelings all the time, and so he buried them."

Just finished TBATE, here are my thoughts.

I apologize in advance for the wall of text, but I don't have any friends to talk about TBATE with, so I'm letting it all out here. lol
Obviously there will be spoilers.

Overall, this series is something that will stay in my heart forever. I laughed, cried, felt depressed, rejoiced, and shared every triumph alongside our beloved characters. That is not something I easily find in a story.

The characters are truly the strongest point of the series: they are so well-built, deeply developed, and their growth is handled beautifully. They are all wonderful, and I will remember each and every one of them with teary eyes.

From what I understand, we all agree that it is a masterpiece up until volume 9/10, but...

Here are my two cents on volumes 11 and 12: I have really mixed opinions because I found certain parts beautiful and emotional, but at the same time extremely complicated to follow, confusing, and hard to picture. I understood WHAT was happening, but never really HOW. For instance: his insights into aether while inside the fourth keystone, the battle against Agrona and Kezess itself, and the final part where he saves the entire world.

I don't know if this is because English is not my native language and I always used a translator, which made reading and comprehension even more complicated. I hope some publisher releases the novel in other languages so I can re-read it more carefully.

Even now, I still don't understand how he went from barely learning how to manipulate space to expanding both Aroa's Requiem and the God Step rune over the entire globe, Epheotus, and the Relictombs. The only thing I clearly understood was how King's Gambit evolved.

On the other hand, I absolutely loved the battle of Taegrin Caelum through the POVs of Caera, Seris, Mica, etc. Agrona's comeback and the rift, Arthur's doubts and fears throughout all the events, and the political mind games between Arthur and Kezess.

What disappointed me instead was how quickly both Agrona and Kezess died. I found their deaths unexpected and lacking emotional weight; for a while, I honestly thought it was just an illusion Agrona was casting on Art. Then there's Bairon's death. It's not about him dying, which actually fits his arc (he's one of the best characters in all of TBATE), but the fact that afterward, nobody seemed to care anymore. No farewell, not a word from Virion, no deep reflection from Art about him. Nothing. The same goes for all the other deceased characters who deserved at least a small tribute, even just a few lines. We read what felt like two entire chapters about the death of the female dragon during the battle against the Wraiths in the mountains—where Art receives the mourning pearls—and then we barely get a few lines for other characters we loved? Windsom's death felt completely thrown in at random, accompanied by a quip from Regis that, for the first time, I found genuinely inappropriate. I also really wanted more depth regarding Kezess and his relationship with Myre, maybe through a POV from one of them. There are so many secondary characters that I wished got a few extra thoughts at the end just to close their arcs—Alaric, Darrin, Verhen, etc. Furthermore, I don't get why we didn't get to see Tessia and Art's wedding, or even a short POV of just a few final lines showing Art raising his children alongside Grandpa Virion and Grandma Alice.

Everything felt a bit... colder compared to what we were used to for 10 volumes, where Turtle managed to move you even with the simplest things.

I think this was the biggest flaw of these last volumes. I don't mean to just complain; overall (and especially considering past experiences with other works), IT COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH WORSE. All things considered, I'm happy with how it turned out.

Unlike many others, I don't think Art losing his powers is such a tragic ending, considering that throughout all the final chapters I was terrified he might die, even after everything was over. What I felt for Arthur during most of the novel was pity. Arthur always made me feel so incredibly sorry for him. Especially in the final chapter, when almost like an old war veteran, his mind slips mid-conversation due to the aftereffects of King's Gambit. Man, it breaks my heart... No matter how strong he got, how tough he acted, or how hyped he made us feel, he was always so far away from what he actually wanted, constantly torn between compromises and choosing between what he had to do and what he wanted to do. The only thing he ever wanted was to be with his family in peace. If that meant sacrificing what he achieved with so much effort, as much as it hurts both us and him (as shown in the final chapter), it is a price he is willing to pay without hesitation. Let's remember one thing: if he hadn't had those goals, he would have never pushed himself so hard to gain those powers in the first place, as he says himself from volume 8 onward.

And honestly, isn't it beautiful to see the reverence that all of humanity, including the Asuras, holds toward Arthur even though he is no longer as strong as before? It shows even more than if he had kept his powers how much people love him and thank him for everything he did and sacrificed for the greater good.

Despite a few flaws in this massive fantasy ocean that I've been immersed in for years—and where, thanks to Turtle, I now dream of waking up after I die—this has been an adventure that, at over 30 years old, I will carry in my heart forever.

Come on guys, enough with these fake reviews, you’re becoming ridiculous.

I'm saying this as someone who just bought the Libernovo SE.

It cracks me up that apparently 90% of those who bought a Libernovo chair happen to be Herman Miller Embody owners, and they are all ready to post detailed reviews here on Reddit.

I mean, as if it were normal to already own a $2000 chair and buy a new one as soon as it drops from a Kickstarter campaign—like they're collecting four-figure, top-of-the-line office chairs instead of stamps or Pokémon cards.

Libernovo, if you are reading this post, I bought your chair, but believe me when I tell you that if I had relied on the marketing I see around, I wouldn’t have done it.

With this kind of aggressive and honestly stupidly executed campaign, you are only achieving the opposite effect.

On top of that, right here on Reddit, it's full of people who are wary of buying a Libernovo chair precisely because you look like marketing scavengers.

I'm convinced that the product is good, but for crying out loud, switch gears.

but what problems do people who play this game have?

Seriously guys. I'm mainly playing draft for fun. Every other game you get an AFK player from midway through the first half. As soon as the game starts, there are two breaks right away. Many people just play fouls and pent-up anger. And they're almost always German shits. Oh, it seems like only they play FIFA. Are you all so unemployed that you have time to waste?

The FILTER function stops working after years

=INDICE(FILTRO(IMPORTAINTERVALLO("*link*", "Cassiere!E:E"), IMPORTAINTERVALLO("*link*", "Cassiere!E:E")<>""), CONTA.VALORI(IMPORTAINTERVALLO("*link*", "Cassiere!E:E")))

=LET( intervallo, IMPORTRANGE("UR", "Name!C:C"), CHOOSEROWS(FILTER(intervallo, intervallo <> ""), -1) )

**Solution**
An alternative, new and more efficient formula is the solution I found to this problem.

=CHOOSEROWS(TOCOL(IMPORTRANGE("url", "sheetname!C:C"), 1), -1)

Choosing a chair is stressful, help!

Hi everyone, let me introduce myself... I am 1.75 m (5'9") tall and weigh 80 kg (176 lbs). I work from home 8-9 hours a day, and in my free time, I like to relax with video games after work for 2/3 hours.
Because of this, I am looking for a comfortable chair that allows me to be both comfortable and upright while working, and also to "lean back" and be comfortable while gaming.

Currently, I have an Ikea Styrspel that I paid €200 for; it's not bad but it's very stiff due to the mesh (I bought it to stay cooler). It's decent for working but terrible for relaxing.

I'm looking for something on another level with a budget around €1000.

I know that chairs are different for everyone and that the best advice you can give me is to try them in a showroom. Unfortunately, however, I live in a place where these things don't exist... even Ikea is a 1.5-hour drive away from me. Therefore, I have no way to try them, and neither selling nor finding used ones is easy.

Unfortunately, it's useless to recommend Herman Miller to me; even though I might be able to buy some of the more famous models here from the local official website, I have absolutely no way to buy an Atlas headrest, which would be fundamental for me. Just as it is impossible to get an Anthros (or rather, it would cost me double with shipping and customs fees), not to mention that they are really terrible at making you pay for a possible return.

My choices were mainly oriented around these chairs, which, where I am, seem to be the most easily available:

  1. Libernovo Omni SE (when it comes out in mid-June)
  2. Steelcase Gesture
  3. HBADA E3 Pro

The frustrating thing is that by doing in-depth research, I find negative opinions on any chair. Whether they are praises or criticisms, you can't tell if they are made by AI bots or if they are real here on Reddit. Let's not even talk about YouTube, where reviewers are paid by companies.

For my needs, the most promising is the Libernovo, which, according to everyone, seems to be very comfortable for both work and relaxation. Then there are those who say it's all a scam, that the company is terrible and gives almost no support, bordering on fraud, that the seat is too far back, and also those who say the build quality is terrible. Such an aggressive marketing campaign makes anyone turn up their nose, but does this mean it's not a good chair? At the same time, it is appreciated that with the new versions they have improved the chair thanks to various feedback.

The Steelcase Gesture, on the other hand, seems very good for working but not very comfortable for relaxing. Here too, I have heard of a customer service that doesn't answer and that those 12 years of warranty are useless if they don't even deign to let you use them. Others say it's too stiff or the seat is too soft.

The Hbada promises everything I need at a lower price, but here too, many speak of a terrible company regarding their customer service, an uncomfortable chair in the lumbar area, and a hard headrest.

I don't know which way to turn anymore. I don't want to buy a chair, assemble it, and return it if they let me. I know this is always a risk, but I would like to play it "safe" as much as possible, but above all, more than anything else, to receive real feedback from real people who have tried these chairs!

Manubri Regolabili? KingsGym e Braingain

I started with an LG 27" 2K IPS and for my build I decided to buy a 32" 4K OLED monitor for around €850, which was beautiful for goodness sake, but I regretted it. With that money I could have bought a TV like the LG G5 or Samsung S95f and been able to enjoy more brightness and comfort on my 55-inch games directly from the sofa. I'd stick with the 2K monitor for some more competitive games.
