23' Q4 etron, weird smell coming from trunk (guess the 12v battery's there)

Should I be worried? I'm starting to get anxious about the smallest little things, and noticing little quirks here and there, not sure if the 12v battery is starting to die or if I'm just being paranoid.

Biggest thing that happened was that when I stepped in the car, I pressed on the brake pedal to turn it on, and the center screen took a lil bit longer than usual (less than five seconds but more that two, while it normally does it in around 1 or two seconds) to turn on.

I need to mention that I didn't drive the car for like two weeks before yesterday, so that might be another factor to consider.

The $100,000 bills are illegal to own by private parties, but hypothetically what would a pristine graded special serial would be worth?

And why would it be worth this much? I was looking through sold $10,000 bills which are worth more than half a million, and those are not graded specially high nor are they special serial numbers.

So it got me thinking, imagine a PMG 70 serial number A00000001A, what would it be worth? And why do you think a piece of paper would be worth that much??

Car didn't fully charge but stopped anyway?

I feel like I'm constantly posting here and I don't know if it's a good or a bad thing but here we are again!

Got home at 8pm, with about 40 to 50% charge, parked, set it to charge to 100% and plugged the charger into the car, car started charging normally, and stated in the screen a wait time of 5 hrs to fully charged (100%)

I got up today at around 5am (so 9 hours later) and went to unplug the charger from the car, noticed the charging light was completely off so I (assuming it was fully charged) simply unplugged and went back to sleep.

I went to grab my wallet from the car so I glanced at the middle screen and it said "83% charge" even though I set it to 100% and left it charging overnight, I have no way of knowing if it decided to stop charging at some point in the night or what exactly happened, but I do remember checking on it at around 12am ish and the car being at 78%

Should I be worried about anything or just assume the car didn't charge and move on?

Is this normal?

Was driving normally when I noticed the trip meters were like this, I'm not sure if I somehow reset them or what but I thought it was weird.

23' q4 etron coming up on 40,000 miles.

Currently sitting at a little bit over 38k miles, mind you, I purchased the car from an Audi dealership, as a CPO, so my warranty runs until 2028 granted I don't go over the mileage which I believe should be around 60k miles.

Spending time on this sub, I've seen a supposed "40,000 mile service" but I've seen that only on the OG e-tron (maybe the q8 too) with some talks of coolant fluid flush, and visual inspections going for around $1k.

Is it something yall would advice me to do? Should I wait until I get an email of some sort from the dealership? Look for an independent mechanic?

Just looking for general advice from yall, thank you!

Mom tried to unplug while charging.

Charger locked in place, wouldn't budge, charging light went red, and the center screen dispayed "charging syst. Malfunction"

What I did was press the unlock button on the door, and I was able to unplug the car, after that I waited a couple minutes plugged the charger back in and it started charging normally.

My question is, should I be worried about any permanent damage? Or is there anything I should do or check? Or am I good??

Neighbor puts "do not park" sign right in front of his house, is this even legal?

It's a public street, he seems to do this daily, is there any sort of legal recourse?

Also how come people are so protective of the sidewalk? It's so weird to me, I understand that you want to be able to park close to your house but cmon there's no need for mean muggin lmao.

Anyone know how to remove the plastic that's over the outside a/c intake under the hood?

I'm guessing the vents are under this piece of hard plastic, at least that's what it says on google, if anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate the help, just trying to spray some A/C cleaner on there real quick.

23' q4 etron put itself on P after trying to drive off?

IMPORTANT!! - I was not wearing my seatbelt and apparently this triggers some sensors that make the car put itself into park at low speeds!

So yeah that's pretty much it, wondering if it's ever happened to any of yall?

Put the car in B attempted to drive off but pretty much instantly car put itself into P, I never buckled my seatbelt either, thought it was weird, buckled my seatbelt and car drove normally after that lmao, what a weird quirky car this is.

Need advice, specifically with trading my car in toward leasing a used vehicle.

I'll try to lay down the numbers and explain myself as best as I can.

I'm currently financing a 23' Kia Forte (70,000 miles), my payments are $530 a month, I still owe around $20,000 and my loan reaches maturity around April 2030.

As it stands, I'm not sure I would even get $10,000 for trading in my vehicle (might be more, might be less) so that would put me at around $10,000 negative equity, assuming those numbers are correct.

I want to trade it in toward a used lease (specifically something under $15,000) in order to lower my monthly payments, as well as get out of any sort of monthly payment responsibility earlier than 2030.

Is there any way I can accomplish this realistically?

Thought this was weird, car is charging normally, has this happened to yall before? Should I be worried??

Anyone know where I can physically go smell the Thomas Kosmala line in the US?

Been looking for a way to just test these without actually having to buy any samples or anything.

Automatic payment declined on thursday, what should I do to make sure the payment is made?

This is the auto pay for my iphone loan, I was pretty sure I had sufficient funds to cover the payment, hence why I took so long to even check, when I opened the app today, I noticed a denied payment from citizen one, apparently they still haven't retried the charge.

I have enough funds to cover the charge now, just wondering how to go about this, obviously just want to make the payment as normal and get it over with, but it seems they won't retry?

Should I call citizen one customer support? Apple card customer support? Just wait it out??

Thank you in advance.

Any one found a way to leave the car running while stepping out? (23' Q4 etron)

Question's been asked a million times, but I've found no concrete answer, some people suggest first opening the door then pressing P (does not work at all, opening the door seems to trigger the "off" sequence at least on my car) I've heard about a so called auxiliary climate or something like that? But it seems that to trigger it you actually have to turn off the car first and then turn it back on? Which sort of defeats the purpose.

I've thought of (haven't tried, dangerous) activating auto hold, and without taking it out of drive just stepping out, but logically opening the door would trigger off sequence anyway.

I know there's "ways" to do it, such as with OBD port devices, but I'm not that tech savvy, I would have to take it to a shop which would be expensive I reckon.

I love the car, but sometimes these safety features are frustrating when it comes to real world usage, I'm tryna get my mail and go😭

I commute to work very early in the morning and sleep in my car for a while (23' q4 etron) how can I make sure all electronics (accessories) are off and stay off after trurning off the car??

If it's not the alarm, which I already figured how to disable, it's the main screen, or the climate control screen, something's always on in the cabin.

I've tried pressing the lock button on the keyfob, which does initially work but even if I shift my body weight a little bit, the center screen comes on.

I just want a way to turn off all accessories without having to leave the car with my keyfob.

Thank yall!

I know this is the lease sub but I need advice with a purchase. Mercedes Benz EQE SUV 350+ unsure what trim, Ca, 19,000 miles, hoping for $0 out the door with trade in. Price listed on dealer website around $42,000

Simple question, what would be a realistic lowest I could get this car for? I was thinking maybe asking for 40,000, I see other similar models of this going for more (CPO specifically) seems a pretty good deal to me MY 24 btw.
