[GS/Seiko/Citizen/Knot/Kuoe] First batch of my watch collection - Japanese Supremacy🇯🇵

Just got back from Japan and finally put the first batch of my watch collection together in the box.

From left to right:
Seiko Presage - the warm, dressier piece of the group. The rose-gold case and brown leather really stand apart from everything else here.

The Citizen - probably the ultimate grab-and-go watch. That blue textured dial is incredible when the light hits it, and I wanted at least one high-accuracy quartz in the collection.

Grand Seiko Shunbun - The centrepiece. Spring Drive, titanium and that dial. This was one of the watches that really got me down the rabbit hole in the first place.

Knot - The dark horse. Love the dial and how completely different the dark textured dial looks next to all the lighter pieces, especially on the black leather. The dial sparkles!

KUOE - The weekender - small, simple and probably the most playful of the five. The light blue dial with the fabric strap gives the whole collection a much more casual end.

[HCC001J] - The Tomioka Silk watch.

Last piece in my Tokyo search.

HCC007J is still evident in Yodobashi!

First Citizen watch!

Mine’s 55!! Rejected 74 and 69 for obvious reasons! Changed the strap too and thankfully had the bracelet in stock!
