Does anyone else have that ONE soprano (or multiple) that thinks they are better than all the other treble singers because they can hit whistle notes? I’m in my high-school’s mixed chamber ensemble and i’m probably just surrounded by other arrogant teens, but it’s genuinely soooo annoying. I don’t get the psychology of singing high and feeling mighty at all, and why it determines your skill set compared to others. I understand it’s a great achievement, and as an old descant/soprano 1 I know it is hard most times because you have to concentrate on many things at once. But when u belittle someone cus they sing one half step lower than u in a whistle note…. dude…

hi guys I really wanted to ask, what is an underscores concert like? I like attending concerts like machine girl and the garden but what do I even expect before I buy a Portland ticket for her? Im assuming its pretty similar and stinky to concerts like hollis and machine girl.
