To sleep better, I have recently made it a habit to drink a little chamomile tea in bed right before I go to sleep, but only after I have brushed my teeth.I don't put sugar or honey in it, but I never used to eat or drink anything other than water after brushing, so I would like to know if I should stop doing this.

Should I change my routine? Is it very bad for my teeth to drink tea before bed?
