Cloak and Dagger: Negative Exposure is a MUST-READ!

I’ve been trying to get my hands on this comic and another one called “Agony and Ecstasy” for a good long while; but i finally grabbed my hands on the both of them around a month ago in the hottest day in Atlanta. Shoutout to the guys behind the counter at the comic shop, one of them writes for comic books and has referred me to one of his books called “Tuskegee Heirs” and wrote his signature on it for me. Thank you, Greg! But back to this, the characters of Cloak and Dagger are so complex that you just have no control over yourself and keep flipping through the pages. Their lives DEPEND on each other and if one of the two breaks away from the other, it causes a ripple through not only their powers but their dignity. For instance, the story is that Tyrone (Cloak) and Tandy (Dagger) has been broken up for quite some time now but tries to work together under their heroine titles because the world that they live in needs them. Watching each other go about their lives and relationships leaves a crack on both of their hearts. Ty and Tandy are people who come from extremely polar opposite backgrounds that the thought of them being together as one leaves such fascination to not just me but anyone who reads their stories. I highly recommend for you guys to check this out!

Finished Static: Season One and HOLY CRAP this book was AMAZING! [Comic Excerpt]

I’ve been meaning to buy myself at least one comic from the milestone era but just couldn’t find the time/get myself to do it. Static has been on my radar for such a long time and part of me feels so honored to get to know such a remarkable guy who’s around my age. He’s often linked with Miles Morales which I’m sure is with good intentions from everyone but to me I think this kid completely sets the stage of what type of person this world desperately needs and honor. Virgil’s (Static) dad, Robert, is the reason he gets up in the morning. The TV Show did such an amazing job portraying him and in this run, it practically beats it with giving him such a unique but respectable nature of how he approaches situations and tells his son what’s up. It’s a true testament to what makes Static so great; the people around him. Sharon, Jean, Richie, Frieda, and Darius all have made such a lasting impression on not only me but Virgil! He knows what he needs to do most of the time but when he vividly doesn’t, he has his family and friends at the dense of his disposal. I’m a filmmaker and it would be an absolute DREAM of mine to get to direct a live-action Static movie, it’ll probably never happen but only one kid could dream.

Hey, fellow filmmakers! My fundraiser for a short film that I really want to make is all set up, but before I release it out in the wild, it would be pretty cool if y’all were to join in on my pre-launch page 😊❤️
