I feel like an OP anime protagonist in this game.

The potions of drain fatigue are actually potions of speed, but the sound effect for destruction and restoration in that potion makes me sound like I’m going super saiyan.

This is just after flying from Muzleft all the way past the western edge of Solsthiem.

Morrowind is the best TES game hands down.

Flacassia Fauseius has gotten worse…Does Mage’s Guild have an HR department? 😂

Hitting me with that, “I must say I find you quite interesting right now, please go ahead,” line on me, and it’s not working.

Rate my fit(s)? Medium Armor build.

First three images is when I was almost done with the tribunal questline, and also just before the sixth house base quest in the main questline.

I have since acquired the ebony mail, (see fourth image) and nothing is cohesive anymore—although I do like how the Telvanni Cephalopod Helm looks with it, it preserves the alien feel despite being light armor.

How do you guys like my fits? I feel like the Bonemold fit looks absolutely fantastic with the scarf and everything. I got that whole set from Ald-ruhn from an armorer street vendor just outside of Skar, including the helmet.

The other fit doesn’t look as well, but you can imagine the ebony mail underneath: the black just didn’t go as well with the remaining bonemold that I love so much. I’m wearing the boots of blinding speed since I noticed the cephalopod helm only reduced my armor rating by like, less than 5 points. So I decided, “why not another 5 points or less armor reduction for plus 200 speed?”

Second fit is just way less cohesive, but since a big part of Elder Scrolls is fashion scrolls to me, I must ask y’all’s opinion: do I look like an N’wah, or do I look like I honor the sixth house and the tribe unmourned?

Is adamantine armor or royal guard armor something to look forward to stats and looks wise in the Tribunal DLC? Or should I just transition to Heavy Armor at that point? And can adamantine/royal guard armor pair up well with the ebony mail?

Just got Daedric Tower Shield: How should I enchant it?

I just got the ebony mail, but during the last quest before the ebony mail one I found a daedric tower shield.

How should I enchant it? Any ideas? I only got one so I really want to pick the brain of the Morrowind “hivemind” here. I can think of ideas myself, but maybe there’s something I haven’t thought of and I don’t want to regret it when I come across a cool idea later.

Two Enchantments that are absolute Game Changers: constant light and restore fatigue

After finally figuring out how to enchant stuff properly, I made two enchantments that are not broken, but rather serve as excellent quality-of-life improvements in the game. This likely requires a high restoration as a major skill to do as early as possible in order to make an enchant spell, but hey: it’s a good skill anyways! >!Or just do trainer exploits to max enchant when you want to try this.!<

#1) Pants of Restore Fatigue.
This is the best enchantment one could ever make, and is an absolute must once you get the resources. >!(From what I understand, you can steal one or two Grand Soul Gems with Grand Souls from Galbedir in the Balmora Mages’ guild easily right at the start, but I’m wondering if it’s one or two? If someone could confirm that would be great.)!<

How to make Pants of Restore Fatigue
First, go to any clothier in one of the Telvanni Cities. Teleport to Sadrith Mora Wolverine Hall via Mage’s Guild Transporter and then find the docks, after which you’ll pay the boatman the fee to go to, I dunno, Tel Branora or something. The clothier there should have a pair of exquisite pants to buy. Get the pants.

After you get a Grand Soul in a Grand Soul Gem, cast your fortify enchant 400/fortify intelligence 500-on-self-for-1-second spell, and then enchant your exquisite pants as the following: Constant Effect Restore Fatigue, minimum 12 points - maximum 12 points on self.

Congratulations: you won’t have to worry about having alchemy by necessity just to carry buttloads of restore fatigue potions just to move around in this game. The fatigue system that’s so notorious in this game has now been resolved.

#2: Ring of Light (I like to name it “Lightbringer” to make it sound epic despite also sounding a tad cheesy.)
This could technically be an amulet or something else, but I like to have it be a ring as you can equip two rings and so you don’t have to forfeit a different enchantment later when you’re in a dungeon and need light. I only experimented with jewelry, but I’m sure there might be exquisite clothing that could work out too.

With this ring, say goodbye to carrying torches and forgoing your shield just to have a crappy light source that is the only thing keeping you from being totally blind. Now you can actually see what’s in front of your face.

See the above to find an exquisite ring: it should be at the same place you bought the exquisite pants—the clothier at Tel Branora.

When you have the exquisite ring and the Grand Soul Gem filled with Grand Soul, be sure to cast your fortify enchant 100-400/fortify intelligence 500 on self for 1 second spell before going into your menu and enchanting the ring.

You’re going to enchant it like this: constant effect Light on self, minimum 100 points - maximum 100 points.

Congratulations, you can see what the heck is actually happening in the five minute diversion that ancestral tomb was supposed to be.

The game, while already a masterpiece, has its two most common and consistent headaches resolved with these two enchantments.

Ofc, if you’re playing on openMW, you can likely just install a mod to take care of these problems. But for someone like me, playing the OG Xbox port GOTY edition on my series x, I don’t have that luxury: thus, if you’re like me, I hope this is helpful.

The last of the words is ALMSIVI

I can’t enchant anything

I’m trying to enchant my exquisite pants with restore stamina constant effect 12 points on self so I don’t have to make hundreds of restore fatigue potions. I have a golden saint soul inside Azura’s Star.

But when I cast my fortify enchant 100 points and fortify Intelliegence 100 points on self for 1 second spell, I still fail the enchantment anyways!

What am I doing wrong?

Shadow of Dagoth-Ur Stalking me as I dream! At least I think?

Never seen this before. This was during a recent character playthrough that I abandoned because alchemy broke it: because I took it as a minor skill and leveled me too quickly.

I was looking through my Xbox account captures and saw this. That’s definitely Dagoth-Ur (or other malevolent force) and NOT a shadow glitch that I often see other places.

Has anyone noticed this before? Ngl I kinda freaked out, and the ash slave jump-scare didn’t help either.

I move extra fast because of boots of blinding speed.

Dark Brotherhood Assassin didn’t appear

Just leveled up twice and…no dark brotherhood assassin in the last two level ups.

Do I have to just pray that he spawns at some point or pray that I still have a save in which I’m level 10 among my ten circulating saves? Am I just locked out of getting to Mournhold? (The real problem is I don’t know how I’m supposed to get to mournhold now.)

Tips for this build or my playthrough?

Got really far with my other character but felt like I got too high a level to the point where a lot of the main quest became easy. It was a weird experience with falling in love with the game as I tried to get alchemy better (because I cannot fathom not being able to have fatigue potions on demand.)
Would have been this but Breton, but I couldn’t imagine being the leader of the tribunal temple, a dunmer religion, as a Breton.

The goal this time around is to be mainly a religious zealot for the tribunal when I’m not doing things for Caius. I hear there’s tons of worldbuilding in that faction.

As for the build: medium armor so I have the chance to buy bonemold, and when I have a butt-ton of gold endgame I can always train heavy armor later. I heard mercantile and speechcraft level slow, so I g figures they’d be great skills to have in minor. Armorer because why not. Blunt weapon because I like the idea of using sunder reliably when I get it. Enchant because I want useful items like amulet of levitating, recall etc. to have more charge to them, and for nothing else really.

I plan to conjure my weapons and gauntlets (for the additional agility) and I also plan to use alchemy, alteration, and mysticism. This way, they won’t level my character into the 30’s from level 12 from having done nothing but training just to get them into the usable skill level 40’s.

He’s gonna be a devout tribunal zealot until he realizes he is nerevar and he’ll be sure to wear ordinance armor as it’s just using his past life’s visage.

Any advice for this build? Anything I should be sure to do?
