fed my starter 1:5:5 with 5 gram of starter i left it in room temp for 2-4 hours before putting it in the fridge i saw little bubbles but didn't double so that why i put it in the fridge for 5 days now i want to use it

should i feed it immediately after fridge or let it raise and complete it's feeding that didn't finish before putting it in fridge i mean i wait till peak

I am planning to make 20% to 50% whole flour so i need to know if Manitoba Flour "MOLINI PIZZUTI" is a good option? Never made a successful loaf so i am trying to understand everything
I found that high flour strength which is w300 or above is the best to use with whole wheat right ??

Dr described ppi for swallowing issues after endoscopy took it for one week didn’t help me at all i think it made it worse so i stopped after one week

It does seems a rebound issue but i only used it for one week can it still happening ?

Just to clarify he wasn’t like this at all
He was always funny loves to play and talk with people now he is so different

I consulted a doctor online but I don’t know never experienced something like this he is my first child any similar experiences ?

I am in so much pain and no one is helping
I really want to know what wrong with me because i didn’t see anyone as severe as me
I am at point even breathing is painful

When they couldn’t know what wrong with me they said i have fibromyalgia no way i am accepting this diagnosis
I have really high pain tolerance my whole life i was suffering
Endometriosis, ectopic pregnancy, multiple kidney stones non stop forming and Interstitial Cystitis
these drained me so much
But what i have now is way worse
I am boiling in pain even touching is so much painful

As these severe pains are getting worse i started to have very painful stabbing pains my whole body. just feeing them makes me nauseous

I would rather eat than swallowing my spit 🙂

Should i expect Fluctuating urine color or it should be lighter everyday?
Can it be this dark ?

Idk if this is mcas but i don’t fit anything else even fibromyalgia i was negative in every trigger points

My legs aches so much and i can’t straighten my back from the pain
I feel like back has been cut as if i have the flu

I can not see from the severe pain my heart goes up crazy

It was coming and goes now it it happening daily and i see no way to live this every day

-Autoimmune diseases were negative
-Head neck and lower back mri were normal
-I had difficulty passing food i feel like my esophagus is -clogged but according to the endoscopy i don’t have problem
-somtimes i itch because i get that feeling when you dry massage your body with brush and then heat and itchness occurs i have this exact symptom but without dry brush
-cbc finding are
1-High wbc
2-high neu, lymph and eos counts
It does seems my body suffering constant inflammation but they can not point it out

Can i have mcas when only body aches that i have ? And can it be this severe

The past few months i spent most of the time in the hospitals please don’t judge but no one is listening to me and i am losing my mind

I urine man 20 ml then start to burn and no more urine comes
42 hours since surgery i was able to pee the first 24 hours

I am 27f had really difficult life
My whole life was miserable but i am at point wondering if i would life one more week
Living in pain daily is insane
If my twenties are like this, what will I be like in my later years? Something beyond imagination
