EBay cancel a sale that I sent out

I sold a iPhone 17 pro for £999 and I’ve sent out the item. I get a email at midnight informing me the account is a scam and they’ve deleted the account and cancelled the sale.

However I’ve already sent the item out and Royal Mail can’t do anything.

What now does eBay refund me? The reason I ask is eBay once said no to a refund and then went yes a few days later.

Any one get experience on this?

Sur Ron chargers and eBay

If any of you guys are planning on selling sur Ron chargers on eBay think again.

I bought a load of 5a and 10a chargers 3 pin even with uk plug from the factory.

Well eBay changed the rules and only business sellers can now sell them. So I’m say on a bunch of chargers I can’t sell.

Thought it be a heads up as it’s a very popular item on eBay right now.

EBay sent me the email they were supposed to send the buyer

I sold a strimmer on eBay. It was brand new and sealed. After a few weeks they opened a case saying they did not like the performance.

I reached out to eBay a day or so before the case deadline as I was away. I explained as a private seller this seems to be an issue they should take to the manufacturer. They sort of agreed and put the case on hold for a further three days in that case I reached out and said have they contacted the original manufacturer.

No response. Today I awake to two email. One they sent me and not the buyer and the email explaining they refunded them and they keep the item.

In their email it says the item is not real and I’ve made no effort to reach out. On top of this, they get to keep the item.

How is this even legal? Oh and they tell me the buyer it will affect my seller performance. It’s like eBay want to smear the seller to make the buyer look bad to make eBay look good.

Toughen upvc glass just imploded

I was moving some new upvc glass from the living room the the shed. I walked through the kitchen where we were cooking and stopped briefly. I was holding it vertically and it randomly implodes. It did not touch the ground. Just imploded. It was simply resting on top of my foot. Down the middle not corners.

I’m baffled as I’ve hit these sorts of glasses hard with objects and they just bounce off them.

Will the company replace them or believe me?

Are they entitled to a refund?

Are they owed a refund? It’s listed as no returns. The issue is a performance expectations. This is down to the company. I’m almost certain this person is expected a 119.99 strimmer to cut through things that require more power.

This is not my fault. I packed it secure and shipped it on time.

Surely this is not grounds for a refund?
