Somebody gave me a PlayStation five. But it won’t power up. But it still has original screws and the PlayStation warranty stickers.

I have a PlayStation 5 digital need help . it won’t turn on. Can someone help me to troubleshoot?
I have tried to basic methods like holding the power button for up to 10 minutes. Then I tried with it unplugged and I held it down the power button 10 minutes. How would I test to see if it’s the power supply. I have a meter. And also, it won’t turn on at all no blue light no white light nothing.
