What are these vegetables?

My little brother made food that I don't know and I need help identifying them. He said they are ladyfingers and biteked or bitekod. When he said ladyfingers I thought of a dessert but he brought this. Is this really true? So these 'ladyfingers' have a slimy taste if that helps identifying it, and the biteked was soft but very bitter and I didn't like it. He mixed the biteked with egg. I'm not a real fan of these unusual veggies but he likes them. He made two plates of these 'ladyfingers'. Are they healthy and safe to eat? Especially the bitter one.

Really happy with my gift

I am very happy with the gift my little brother gave me for my 22nd birthday. I'm truly proud he is contributing his work to me and our family. I look forward to my next birthday present from him.

Is it normal for little brother to keep saying 'I love you'?

Title. I'm 21M. Little brother is 11. Started around the age of 7-8. Is this normal? There's just so little social development in him. Edit: I want to know what your experiences are with your own little brother.

Unsure whether little brother is suicidal

After discovering a small sodium nitrite bag in my 11-year-old brother's cupboard, I confiscated it. I (21M) showed our parents who then properly and safely disposed of it. We all talked to him individually but he denied being suicidal. I don't know if this is just him pretending or he actually isn't and in that case why did he have it, because from research only meat curing salts should have 4 to 6% sodium nitrite, but he had a bag of 97%. I thoroughly searched his entire room just to be sure there isn't any hidden. I would never want him to do something like this but I don't know how to help him if he's denying idealisation.

Other things I noticed in the past week or so in case they are signs:

His room is unusually empty.

He's been trashing all his previous school years' work and exercise books.

He took off some pictures and drawings he used to have on the walls. There is only one or two left.

He sleeps at a much earlier time than usual.

He stopped asking me to spend time with him, which he normally does every time of the day.

There's not a lot of smiling from him anymore even if I give him a long hug.

Don't mind me for doing this but at that point I had to look into his diary, and found nothing.

What else can I do? He has refused school counselling and everything.

NaNO2 in little brother's room

I found a small ziplock bag with salt labelled with NaNO2 when looking for something in my little brother's room. I searched it up and it says it's sodium nitrite and it said it's for meat curing. Why does my little brother who is 11 have this? For some reason it triggered him to get extremely defensive and snatched it from me when he saw me holding it (first time seeing him like that). Edit: Does it mean he's going to be a butcher when he grows up lol

How do I cancel my lease?

I'm in shared housing and I want to cancel my year's lease. I already signed it and it's been a week but I can't support myself and want to go live with my family again. Is there anything I can do to convince my landlord to cancel my lease?

13M little brother too clingy and sensitive. How should my other brother (16M) and I try to restructure him?

For post requirements I (21M) had to change my little brother's age to 13 (he is 11).

My little brother who is 11 is still really clingy and sensitive. He has been this way since the beginning of time. He can't take jokes, doesn't understand banter and keeps on wanting to hold hands especially outside when we're out even with parents. He takes roughhousing really badly and only talks about feelings. It's a drain for me and my other brother (16M) to keep coddling him like a toddler and I want him to man up a bit. How do I train him to stop holding hands with either of us? He easily gets upset from us setting boundaries and thinks we don't like him.

Something I also don't get is how he got a casual gig job by himself at his friend's family business and works there without us but can't stand not getting his morning hug or night time hug.

How can I try to rewire his behaviour so he acts more like a man?

Little brother won't stop following me around

How do I make my little brother (11M) stop trying to follow me (21M) around at home and outside copying me? It's really annoying and I've tried everything apart from getting physical, which I don't want to do. He's seriously testing my patience.
