CTC: ₹4 - 15 LPA (based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in underwriting (Insurance/BFSI background preferred)
Reporting to: Manager - Underwriting

Role Overview:
As an Underwriter, you’ll be responsible for evaluating and processing cases with the highest quality, ensuring full adherence to underwriting, compliance, and statutory guidelines while maintaining optimum productivity within agreed turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve daily productivity targets while maintaining highest quality standards
• Ensure adherence to agreed TAT for processing cases
• Resolve sales queries within defined turnaround time
• Work towards key functional KPIs including improvement in issuance percentage, reduction in additional requirements, and minimising revenue leakage
• Support the function in managing seasonal business peaks and evolving regulatory or sales dynamics
• Maintain the right balance between risk management and customer convenience
• Stay vigilant to identify and prevent fraud prevalent in the marketplace
• Keep up to date with technical and product knowledge relevant to the underwriting role
• Willingness to work in shifts as required

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in underwriting (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with a quality first approach
• Ability to work under TAT pressure without compromising accuracy
• Good communication skills to coordinate with sales and internal teams
• Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce background preferred
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai

I put my first preference as BBA finance and I didn’t get it in the first round, today i just checked my dashboard i have an offer for BBA finance, i alr did the entire admission process for BBMM, what should i do? Is BBA finance better? I also wanna know if it’s easier to score/study in it, so i can build profile for an MBA abroad.

Went to NMIMS today to enquire about BBMM, 13 July is orientation, 16 July is regular classes, if you wanna ask me something else, go ahead.

In the letter it says 10Lpa but also says we need to submit tuition fees for the first year, tuition fees is 5.9L so do we have to pay 10L or 5.9L?

Issue 1 — Ringtone won’t stop after rejecting a call
When I get an incoming call and reject it, the ringtone doesn’t just stop. It keeps playing — like it loops on that 1-2 second chunk of the ringtone repeatedly and just won’t quit. Only way to kill it is locking the phone. Happens randomly, maybe 3-4 times a week.

Issue 2 — Call audio looping mid-conversation
This one’s weirder. Was on a call with my girlfriend and after I picked up, whatever she said just started looping. Like the audio from the first second of the call kept repeating. Had to hang up and call back. Super embarrassing, she thought I was trolling her lmao.

Checked Apple Community and apparently a few others have flagged a similar repeating sound/lag bug on iPhone 17 + iOS 26, so I know I’m not alone. But no proper fix has been posted anywhere.
