Picked up our (nearly) new BYD Seal Design today
Awesome car, lovely to drive and incredibly quiet inside. Tech on it is incredible, parking cameras and sensors, heated and cooled seats, wireless phone charging for two phones.

Tofu "chicken" slices
Perfect for sandwiches.
Thinly slice a block of firm tofu.
Boil about 250ml of hot water in a saucepan, mix in vegan chicken stock.
Add tofu slices to pan, leave to simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Take slices out of saucepan, leave to cool before storing in fridge.

BYD Seal, Design or Excellence
Looking at two BYD Seals, a 24 plate excellence with 18k on the clock, or a 25 design with 6k on the clock.
From what I can tell there's not much difference in spec batten the two, with the excellence having AWD and a HUD, with the design having a better range.
Curious what anyone's experience is with either, in particular real world range. Once or twice a year we'll do a long drive (UK to Denmark, London to Scotland).
