Has anyone recently had plantation shutters installed? We are in SoCal and are wondering how much they cost per sqf. Thanks.

Has anyone ever used one of those window treatment 3rd parties at Costco? They usually camp out at the exits with the air conditioning and roofing guys. We are interested in plantation shutters (SoCal). Good? Bad? Run?
