Ran my first 5K in 40 minutes as a complete beginner. Is that any good?

This was only my 7th run since starting. This is the most I’ve run to this point, so I don’t really have anything to compare with myself. Is this an okay starting point? I understand that it’s good to have even done it in the first place, but I’m curious as to how good/not so good I am to start out.

Random, sudden moments of intense hopelessness and dread

I’ve been depressed for many years, and I occasionally get these random attacks of this feeling of dread out of nowhere. I haven’t noticed any pattern or causes. It can happen pretty much anytime, whether I’m doing something I enjoy, don’t enjoy, or somewhere in the middle. In these moments nothing seems appealing or fun or interesting, and I just want it to be over. It’s almost like just existing is disgusting. It typically doesn’t last long, like only a few minutes, and it just stops on its own. Is this a common thing, and does it have any sort of term for it?

How often do “normal” people think about suicide?

Just curious what a normal amount is. I’ve been depressed for almost as long as I can remember and have thought about suicide to varying capacities probably every day for the last few years. Obviously I assume that’s not normal at all, but I wonder what is normal? In my head I can’t imagine people going long periods without thinking about it, but I also feel like that may not be the case. It’s hard to find a straight answer for this question online, so I’m asking here

Chin crease scab that I can’t get to go away after 2 months

I’ve had this scab for going on 2 months, and I’m tired of it. It started as a pimple that became a scab after going over it while shaving. I’ve tried hydrocolloid patches, anti bacterials, aquaphor, but it just won’t go away permanently. Strangely, there’s been a couple days where it seems to be completely gone and it somehow re-emerges the next day out of nowhere. In this picture it’s got some pus on it, but it’s also a typical hard crusted brown/red covering on most days. What’s something I’m missing that could help me get this off for good?

Every time I shave no matter what this happens. I switched to a safety razor for a few years now, and even went back to cartridges to see if maybe things were different now and still it happens anyways. I’ve tried several different shaving products as well. It tends to happen at this same spot on my face on both sides, as well as randomly on my neck. What can I do to fix this?

Thought it was a spider at first. It’s probably around 3/4 inches in total length, found near Charlotte, NC
