What’s Missing from IWC’s Catalog IMO
GMTs! Why do we not have a Dual Time / GMT anywhere in the catalog? Yeah, there’s the Timezoner, but it’s hilariously big for most people. I don’t have a small wrist, but I refuse to take it seriously. So, I had AI mock up what I think IWC needs to add. Ingenieur Dual Time & Pilot GMT.
IWC, if you’re listening, I’d be happy to sit on your Client Advisory Board, in exchange for some watches, of course.

A/C Evaporator Repair
Hey guys, need some advice here. Bought a 2020 Cayenne Turbo a few months back, car had 18k on the clock when I bought it. Suddenly, about two weeks ago, the A/C goes out. Porsche says it’s the evaporator and quotes me a testicle twisting $12k for the repair (of which, only $1k is the part!). So I take it to a few indie shops and now I’m getting quotes all over the place and stories about how difficult and complicated this repair is. None of them can seem to agree on what all is even required. Just this morning, I got a call from the latest shop saying they have to pull the windshield. But Porsche won’t give them the repair procedure. Another, national, repair facility said they’ve never heard of that. I’m confused, and frustrated. Help!
