Put Ironlung's "Ram It" over a Nine Inch Nails video.
Nine Inch Nails fans got mad at me for putting "Teeth" over the credits of *Iron Lung*
I've been posting the credits for Iron Lung on TikTok and Instagram, using different music as a way to bring attention to the movie and show how hard everyone involved worked on it.
When I showed the "Teeth" video to some Nine Inch Nails fans, they completely ripped the film apart. Honestly, that wasn't even what upset me the most. What really hurt was the way they criticized how I made the video. I'm not very good at editing, and I was genuinely trying my best to make something that showed my appreciation for the movie and the people who worked on it.
But goddamn, the way they responded really hurt, so I ended up leaving the group.
I really hate music groups on Reddit sometimes. They can be incredibly judgmental and unnecessarily hurtful, especially when you're just trying to share something you made because you genuinely enjoy the music and the film.
If the Iron Lung trailer were done like a movie trailer
Can fanfic ideas be discussed here? No crossovers, just original ideas?
I know we don't really talk about Bloody Mary here, but what about stories that still take place in the Iron Lung universe? Not crossovers or anything like that, just original content set within that universe, even if the story has a happier twist.
Hoping that Saintsart works with Mark the way they design their characters is insane.
I really loved Ersatz, and with their latest short, I can tell they aren't done, I hope someone sent that pilot to mark i hope Sean also saw it too..ehehehe
I really regret buying the cornucopia book.
I couldn’t care less if I get hate for saying this, but I honestly feel like I was misled about what this book would contain. Yes, it has photographs from Björk’s tours, but I was expecting actual behind-the-scenes content, commentary from Björk or the crew, or something that gave more insight into the tours. There’s none of that.
To make matters worse, some of the photographs are actually ruined by the spine cutting them in half when they could have easily been designed as full poster pages instead. The book is also so awkward to read that you’ll practically break your neck constantly bending it from side to side just to see everything.
The closest I ever got to experiencing a Björk concert was seeing Cornucopia in a movie theater, and honestly, I was so happy to experience even a glimpse of what the actual show must have been like. This book completely does not capture that excitement i experience I wanted so much more from it, and honestly, I don’t see how people can defend this book and no i am not selling it I'm going to actual donate it to art collage opening because It's not worth the money
I don't watch when Mark goes live because the chat tends to be a bit chaotic.
Has anyone ever been to a koi fish pond? You throw food in the pond and they go crazy. I tried watching a live stream and talking in the chat, only to feel such defeat over and over again. I just don't bother because I honestly lost interest and started to work on my fanfic or study my Chinese medicine book I got from my TCM doctor while drinking hot water or a cup of tea. It's nothing against other fans or Mark; it just feels like I'm waiting in line and didn't make it on time.
IBS, no gallbladder. A TCM doctor was recommended on the side for "Cool and Hot things."
I was advised to avoid cold foods and even consuming things that are too cold, as they can really upset my gut now that I no longer have a gallbladder. Because of this, I’ve actually started cooking my fruits as well. My doctors recommended boiling or baking fruits like apples, bananas, and pears—especially the ones with that satisfying crunch—to help break down some of their fibrous texture and make them easier on my digestive system.
The TCM doctor agreed that apples are considered a “cool” food and recommended cooking them to make them warmer and gentler on the body. He was absolutely wonderful and even gave me mugwort to use around my belly button, along with an acupuncture appointment. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it helps!
