SSDI SGA - Blind needs advice

SSDI SGA - Blind needs advice

I’m currently fighting a ~$15K SSDI overpayment from 2020–2021 and believe SSA may have incorrectly coded my case. I worked at he during that time and still do. SSA later determined I was overpaid because I exceeded SGA. The earnings record SSA provided shows they used SGA amounts of $1,220 in 2019, $1,260 in 2020, and $1,310 in 2021. These appear to be the non-blind SGA amounts, even though my BPQY identifies me as statutorily blind.

Has anyone dealt with SSA correcting a statutory blindness classification/coding issue? Here’s a picture of my benefits planner.

Warranty Nightmare..Help!

I purchased my Rayban Meta Gen 2 via myeyedr. They’re still under warranty. Essilor Luxottica informed me they’ve implemented a new policy stating they cannot help me and referred me back to the retailer.

I know prescription lenses are not covered under warranty. I specifically stated the frames are defective, not the lenses. I asked the rep to provide proof of this policy. She sent this but it clearly says defective LENSES!

Anyone have luck with warranty ?

$150, GA, Repay $175 on 07/06. Ride share to work this week

Hi!

I’m currently in the midst of a lemon law replacement with car manufacturer. Due to the initial car paperwork (replacement sat on showroom floor for 30 days with an active temporary tag) + delayed delivery of check to dealership/retailer, I had to request an extension from tag commissioner. It expired and dealer wouldn’t complete new tag registration until money received from corporate.

I just need $150 to Uber /lyft to and work until I receive my physical tag in the mail. I’m apart of a decommissioning an office acquisition, so attendance is vital. Wasted ton of money past 2 weeks for ride share. I can repay on above pay date , with proof of employment, LinkedIn , etc.

Georgia - Lemon Law Replacement Breach of Contract? Advice Please

Location: Georgia

What: Lemon Law Buyback / Replacement

Car manufacturer agreed to replace my car and I picked the car up from the dealership about a month ago. I also financed my car through the manufacturer as well.

Problem: when I initially got the car the current TOP was expiring since the car sat at the dealer until we made the surrender of my previous car. Tax office gave me an extension for another TOP. It’s expired now. And, Corporate has NOT paid or sent over the money for the replacement vehicle to the dealer since picking up my car.

Both Dealership General Manager and myself have been contacting the customer care department of the manufacturer who handles the buyback/replacement with no response. Because of this, the dealer cannot and will not complete the tag & registration for the hard tag. I’ve already received two temporary tags from the county tax commissioner.

I was informed today they cannot provide another temporary tag since the system will not allow them to. The tag expired last week and I cannot get to work. This also may affect insurance , right?

I’m so stressed right now and unsure if legal action would help. I’m missing work. I commute between two offices in different cities weekly. How to proceed?

I’m in the buyback process. Long story short, finance needs to complete a form Substitution of Collateral Agreement. I’ve been waiting months which is halting the process so GMA consumer affairs can finalize the process.

I have spoken with multiple people today and no one understands what I’m requesting. Moreover, I cannot get a manager or a more experienced agent on the phone. I’ve been routed around 7 times including multiple disconnects.

Anyone have any other contacts in the finance department?
