I don't know if it's my problem or my employer's HR. I work at a hotel in Simpang Pulai, Malaysia. Since I started, I haven't received an offer letter straight away. Then, last June, I got a permanent job. I only signed the confirmation letter; it wasn't there, and I didn't receive it immediately. I kept following up with HR, but the reasons they gave were completely unreasonable.

Aku tak tahu sama ada aku problem atau HR tempat kerja aku problem. Aku kerja di sebuah hotel terletak di Simpang Pulai, Perak. Sejak aku mula kerja tiada langsung diberikan offer letter. Tahu tahu bulan Jun yang lalu terus dapat kerja tetap. Confirmation letter pun aku hanya sign, hitam putih tak ada dan tak dapat langsung. Aku terus menerus follow up dengan HR, tapi alasan yang diberikan sangat tidak muhasabah.
