Need recommendations please

Hi everyone, is there any hormonal method you have found that doesn't cause bleeding? I was on slynd and I stopped bleeding for two months but then had break through bleeding for a month. I have switched to junel but it has not stopped. I have had gushes of blood and clots even. I am miserable. It has been over a month of on and off bleeding, sometimes none for a day or two and then it comes back. Is there anything out there or am I just probably incompatible with hormonal methods??

Too restrictive?

I have been tracking points for a week. I have not stayed under once. I ate like crap a few days so I understand that but this is what I've eaten today and I have six points left 😑, and it's 1 pm. I feel like this is kind of ridiculous. I get 33 points a day. I understand the bagel and bar was. A lot of points but I didn't have my protein shake today so I had the protein bar. Again only been doing this for a week but I just don't see how I'll ever stay under or lose weight. Very annoyed 😂

Ww vs calorie counting?

Does ww work for everyone? I just signed up two days ago. The first day I had 60 points. Today I ate one muffin and have used half of my daily points(33). I don't have the time or ability to carry around home cooked meals. Help ☹️

  • To everyone saying it works for them could you give an example of what you eat in a day*

I need advice on what to eat

I'm very weird about textures. I bought a turkey sandwich from the store pre made with just turkey and cheese, I don't like many things like mayonnaise etc. Well I can barely get through eating it. I'm looking for ideas that are inexpensive and good for PICKY eaters or people that can't do textures. I don't eat salad bc of the texture of the lettuce unless it's extremely crunchy. I also have to feed four kids dinner. Help ☹️

How to be supportive without losing it?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a couple years. We are both around 40. We do not live together for various reasons. I say that to say it is not everyday that we get to "be together" etc etc. He has been dealing with, something, for the better part of 3 months. Started out thinking it was vertigo, proceeded to think it was his heart, finally was prescribed something for anxiety but still is having dizziness and just "feeling like crap" as he puts it, most everyday.

We barely sleep together. Literally or otherwise. We still kiss a decent amount but I'm a very touchy feely person and I'm extremely unhappy with how things are. We also have a toddler who takes away time and not a lot of outlets for said toddler and no desire from him to go on dates etc etc bc of "feeling like crap". I don't want to not be with him. I don't want to cheat on him or whatever other stupid solution is maybe out there.

But I am sad and alone and sick of it and I need to know what to do to be supportive and help him get back to himself, if he ever will.

Tldr, boyfriend is dizzy or something everyday and I just want attention/affection how do I support him instead of being selfish?

Week by week struggles

Anyone else doing week to week and just feel so, discombobulated (for lack of a better word) on the day (or all days)the kids come back?

I have three other children so I have a very different routine during the off weeks. I don't do well with change. Any tips?
