Please share this I was recently diagnosed with dress syndrome from antibiotic, and I am needing help on recovery questions and just insight on what it looks like to recover from this . I also have Sjogren’s disease which pre-existing before this and was diagnosed with MCAS shortly after DRESS syndrome was triggered.

Was looking for help with brands that’s people have bought and where to find , I have a pretty basic list of what foods Ii can eat but trying to find specific brands that meet all allergy needs has been so hard .. I have been navigating a new diet based on medical need and major allergic reactions to various things
I have MCAS currently recovering from DRESS. Things I’ve normally been able to eat for the entirety of my life now are causing anaphylaxis or allergic reactions that I’ve never had before one of the main things I’ve noticed is anything with sulfites in it whether they are preservatives or naturally, there is a major trigger anything with soy and cornmeal as well
I was trying to look for ideas on how to feed myself with no soy , no sulfites or cornmeal. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I am just starting my journey with most of this so it’s been trial and error at the expense of my health and a lot of ways thank you so much for any help anybody could provide.
