Yeh I know this one is digital which is frowned upon but I'm away from home rn and to be honest my hand one looks exactly like this. I am about concerned about the dead space between the L and O which I am not sure what to do with.

This took me about 6 months as I work full time and only had a weekends and a couple of hours after work a day. Had to gut the entire place and relay the concrete floor as there were huge holes under the old units. A friend helped with the electrics but everything else I did. Waiting on a corner shelf and a new light but like most home ownership it's never truly finished. I also decided to remove the units from the right hand side as I had nowhere to eat dinner or paint so had to make some sacrifices. It's a two bed flat so I actually felt the kitchen was too big before.
9 months of solid rain. Four days of sunshine and I get emails like this. Each one is getting worse with harsher warnings. I find it ridiculous, year after year it's up to us the public to do better and use less water and yet do these companies improve anything?
I suspect water ingress due to missing mortar between the bricks outside. The building management company that owns the building my flat is in is saying it's condensation. There is literally no mortar in the bricks outside at the ground floor where the water is on the internal wall.
They said they got a builder out and he said it's fine. One of the bricks is broken in half above the DPM.
I've enquired about a damp survey but that will cost me £1000 and the building management company said I would need to pay that.
Any ideas what to do ?
My first post on this sub was the second image where I was told to simplify. How am I doing?
