Those of you that gotten the black handle covers, you mind sharing a link?

I've seen a lot of mix reviews on Amazon so thought I'd asked here. 🤷‍♂️

Hi guys, hopefully this picture can help somehow with answers.

So I parked my car in street parking and the concrete curb was a little lower than my door. I "accidentally" hit it at the very bottom of my door side where both white arrows point.

I'm afraid of rust forming specially since I'm in Chicago so what's the best way to fix this and avoid rust? My apologies since I'm pretty sure the pic doesn't show probably no damage given were it actually happen but this is the best I can do. 🤷‍♂️

Those of you the bought the Astro A50X headset (PS5), did you found a better way to charge the headset?

And I mean like another way rather than removing cable/ports every time the headset needs to be charged. I try using the adapter from the previous generation I had for my PS4 Pro but that didn't work. On the previous Gen, I just plug the USB cable into the extender USB dock that would plug directly to my laptop. I never interfered with the ports of the base station, headset or console for it.

Thinking of painting the calipers on my 26 hatch sport hybrid sonic grey.

Color recommendations and what paint to get since is the first time I'll do something like that.

My neighbor gave me this baby banana plant.

Any fertilizer recommendations? I'm in Illinois where winters are harsh so she would definitely come inside when the temps go down.

I'm I the only one in this forum that them feet smell bad when taking off the work boots after every shift?

I use timberland pro boots, use wool socks but idk what else I have to do to control or completely stop the feet smell.

I don't have any issues with any other shoe type but only work shoes. 😔

Has anyone seen the "possible" performers this year for the air show?

I say this because hopefully is not like last year where they flood us with cargo planes that they do 2 passes and call it a day. The only good performers last year were the Thunderbirds and that was basically it. 💁‍♂️

U.S workers, those of you that left, where did you go?

Pay cut? About the same pay? Less stress? More benefits?

Tbh, I don't think I'm that far away. I'm in Illinois/Batavia Division. I'm an ASM btw.

Anyone here works in the hospitality area within Chicago? How is it during "slow season"?

I'm trying to leave my current employer (Aldi). Been thinking about hospitality jobs but was curious how it is when slow season comes. Do you get layoff? Do they send you to another area if possible? Etc etc

What should I focus on next on my home to make it somehow more efficient? I lived in the Chicago O'Hare airport burbs and live o a ranch style 1,200 sq ft home.

Added R60 blown in insulation on my attic/air sealed it as well.

New 2 ton 1 stage AC unit.

Carrier Comfort Series (70k BTU 80%) furnace.

Would have my siding done this fall after having severely bad hail/wind damage early this season.

I'm going to add foam insulation to my rim joists as well as insulation covers for my wall outlets around my home.

Good afternoon! Why do I feel cold air coming from around where the white arrow is pointing when my ac is running?

Is this something of a concerned? Any cons to this if there's any?

Midwest folks, what temperature do you keep your home in the sunmer with a 1 stage unit?

I'm in Chicago so was curious what home temperature everyone keeps their home at. Today it can be 100 degrees and later on or tomorrow it can be 60 degrees. 😂😂

Yes, I know relative humidity and dew point is a big factor as well.

You guys think this is a good deal?

Trading in my 25 Ultra for the 26. This is through the Samsung app and I still get $75 off from my employer via a discount app.

Those of you on budget billing with ComEd, how do you feel? Do you see a difference as if you didn't have budget billing?

I say this because this would be the first month I'm gonna have budget billing.

How is everyone doing during this heatwave in Chicago and nearby burbs?

I'm glad I finally moved my ComEd bill to budget billing. If not my upcoming bill would have been crazy high. 🫣🫣
