Dr wilys from Megaman series, he has over 100 robot masters with unique abilities and weapons such as Gravity man who manipulates gravity, Time Man who slows down time, Flashman who stops time, QuickMan who moves at light speed, Magnet Man who manipulates magnets, Gutsman who has super strength, Elecman who blasts thunder and electricity, Heatman who’s twice the surface of the sun in terms of how hot his attacks are and MetalMan who can cut through anything with his blades due to how sharp they are

Ight so ima go on a bit of a breakdown of all their personality’s RQ so yall could understand
Lapras: cynical and rude,but also laidback, calm and sarcastic and cares deeply for people she’s close too. She also can be kinda reckless and make a ton of mistakes and might not take things too seriously, since she kinda doesn’t really care that much, she also gets annoyed easily and doesn’t consider herself a hero, she also has short term memory loss and likes Radiohead
Cyrus: Reckless, Easily angered, triggered easily, destructive and energetic but caring for people around him, likes hanging around and doing things, a bit depressive and hates himself and has a ton of mental issues over being locked away in a room by himself for 8 years, he’s also a kid and he talks to himself and sees things and has ADHD as well
Aster: he has massive desire to proof himself to others, feeling like he can’t do much and insecure about that, he’s also goofy, dorky and very kind and compassionate, trying to cheer people up and very understanding and forgiving, thou he does get annoyed a ton
Blizzard: she initially seems like someone cold and emotionless despite being a child, but actually loves doing things and is extremely energetic and party going, she loves destruction and working with Cyrus to cause chaos and doing things together, she’s very alive and has a prideful personality. She also sometimes gets high with Asters plants and she’s very creative in wanting to make ice sculptures
Lunar: she’s basically like a average bully rich girl from Disney, acting entitled and lazy, feeling she’s superior to others and always insulting Lapras and demeaning her, the 2 have a heated rivalry thou Lapras likes to just rage bait her and the 2 can get along sometimes, she also has abandonment issues and doesn’t like being alone, she’s also very rude, prideful and doesn’t really find anything serious and likes to mock others or insult them which results in her getting attacked sometimes. Despite this she is actually somewhat competent and does care a ton about Cyrus and Lapras, she also gets bored easily and makes a ton of people annoyed

Ight so for a little lore drop on her:
She is a 12 year old alien created to be a child soldier by KA, she actually use to be more cheerful until one incident that traumatized her which was when her brother was killed and she in retaliation, entered her insane form and used her hydrokinesis to destroy almost everything, she of course was stopped but it was so traumatizing she forgot about the event as she developed amnesia, which is why she sorta has short term memory loss. Also due to her biology she doenst age or grow at all, meaning she’s gonna be like 12 years old and 4.4 feet tall for rest of her life, and despite being a shark she has no internal organs so she can’t eat food or consume anything
Now for personality: she’s very cynical, eager and gets annoyed a ton. She also can be rude and sarcastic but is calm and caring for others while trying to give them good advice, she also gets concerned a ton when she notices things off and she has a laidback personality and likes sleeping, rage baiting and Radiohead
Now for abilities it includes, Super Strength, Super Durability, insane agility and reflexes, Danger sense, Hydro blasts from mouth, Sharp claws and teeth, Regeneration, able to see in the night and hydrokinesis when she goes into her insane state (which only happens after being pushed her limit)
Now tell me how would your OCs interact with her
FC megaman: he just looks ugly and sucks as a character
Larry: idk, I just don’t care for Larry, besides he’d probably be eaten by idk, Goku
