She thinks All Rape Cases are true & geniune - that's why I studied from Rani Ma'am lectures she is far better than this creature!

According to NCRB Data 2024: 10% of Rape case are comes out to be False and other 60-70% are still pending only 20-30% of Rape case are true & geniune

And, Delhi Commission for Women Report in 2013-14, taught us that more than 50% of rape cases filed in delhi between 2013-14 are false

A man named Vishnu Tiwari spent 20 yrs in Jail in False Rape case and other criminal cases

People are not seeing the other side of the coin, i.e. woman are now filing False Rape cases just to extort money

In this video, a trainee constable kissed a constable, but department only suspended him (constable)

Just because he was a man so he has to face legal consequences even through it's not his mistake

I really hate this system - men are by default Accused of each & every crime happens in india

If a man got arrested in a Rape case, but that woman don't have any proof/evidence/witness

So, what a man can do? He has to become under-trail Accused for months to years?

Remember we have BNSS section 480: Which states that "A ill person, a minor child, and every women can get BAIL in non-bailable cases"

They even included every women? Why

I can understand for ill person, minor children but why all women can get BAIL even in non-bailable cases?
