I got to 6.4, and Taylor mentioned thinking about turning herself in already and regretting becoming Skitter.

What if Taylor at this point, before the Endbringers and the warlord stuff and the Nine, got sent back to when she got powers or her first night or something.

Very little of Rosalia's functionality feels ace/heli related despite the fact that it's supposed to be her main thing. This buff would further associate her with them, and might also cause the level 20 anti-bloon discount to be slightly less niche of a use case
