What if I'm faking every autism and ADHD screening test???
Hi guys so, for now I haven't gotten a proper diagnosis on AuDHD although I've done pretty much absolutely every test I could find (with proper sources ofc) so now I'm really worried I'm instead picking out the answers that make me AuDHD and trying to fit into that category? I've struggled through all my life but I'm left wondering if its just severe social anxiety or what.
Wondering what would u guys recommend
Using AppBlock to time out social media for 5 days straight
Pretty much what the title says. I've been using Appblock (its kinda the only effective app I've been able to find) for about a year now to try and quit social media altogether. All I do is set a timer for about 5 days so all the social media apps (and more) stay locked out so I can't use them for a week straight. My attention span is slowly improving a lot more, I feel more calm, more relaxed and overall without that much brainfog that short form content social media has put us through. It's been really helpful.
When I find myself bored, I just read comics or books on my phone, that has helped me read a ton more than before. Sadly all my friends are still social media addicts so that environment doesn't help me that much, its like trying to quit smoking and all your friends are still doing it.
Devices: Samsung Tab and samsung galaxy 26U
Do you guys also experience stuttering tendencies?
So I've realized AuDHD might be a reason on why I used to stutter so much before, I talked very rapidly so I struggled with the start of a couple of words. I knew it came off as "weird" so I managed to talk much slower than before and now I've been able to keep stutters to a lesser quantity than before.
So now I'm wondering if u guys have experienced the same
